Analysis Of The Influence Of Population Flow On The Fertility Level In Jilin Province

In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have little influence on the fertility level in low-fertility areas,and in China,provinces with extremely low fertility rates account for more than 30% of the country's fertility.With the continuous expansion of floating population in low fertility areas,it is necessary and urgent to study the effect of population mobility on fertility level in low fertility areas.This paper takes Jilin Province as a representative of low fertility areas and makes use of census data.Sampling data and floating population dynamic monitoring data,combined with various methods,are systematically studied from three aspects: fertility level,population mobility characteristics and changes,and the impact of floating population on fertility level in Jilin Province.First of all,the population census data since 1974 and the 1% sample survey data,and the data of floating population dynamic monitoring in 2013,are compared between the overall fertility level of Jilin Province and that of the whole population in Jilin Province.It is found that the fertility level of Jilin Province has basically maintained a downward trend since the 1974 census.Meanwhile,Jilin Province has always been in the forefront of low-fertility areas throughout the country,demonstrating that Jilin Province is a low-fertility region.Secondly,By processing the data of monitoring the floating population dynamics in 2013 and referring to the data of 6th censuses,this paper describes and analyzes the size,age structure and the proportion of women of childbearing age in Jilin Province.It is concluded that Jilin Province is a province with a net outflow of population,and the floating scale is expanding year by year,the age structure is getting younger,and the proportion of women of childbearing age is increasing.Finally,by analyzing the mechanism of the effect of population mobility on the fertility level,The fertility level of floating population is estimated,and it is found that the migration of population outside the province has a negative effect on the fertility level,and the structure of the analysis shows that the flow out of the province plays a more important role in the fertility level than the flow within the province and the inflow outside the province.Jilin Province is in a low fertility level for a long time,and the floating population has a restraining effect on the rise of fertility level.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the low fertility problem from the point of view of population mobility.It is necessary to give full play to its own geographical characteristics,enhance the competitiveness of Jilin Province,retain local people,attract talents to return,and cooperate with a series of related policies to deal with the problem of low fertility rate.
