Flipped classroom is a new teaching mode that has arisen in recent years,Compared with the traditional classroom,it highlights the students' subjectivity and meets the requirements of the new curriculum concept.However,there are some problems in the conventional flipped classroom mode,such as the trouble of resource preparation,the high demand for teaching equipment,and the large amount of knowledge load.Therefore,the practice research of flipped classroom is rare in China,especially in less developed areas of Jiangxi province.In order to promote flipped classroom teaching in less developed areas of jiangxi province.This study explored the application of flipped classroom in underdeveloped areas by constructing the local flipped classroom model.It is committed to constructing a localized flipped classroom mode suitable for less developed areas,and developing and integrating its pre class resources,which can fill in the blank of the research in this area.This study takes several county level high schools in Jiangxi as the research object.The research process is divided into five stages.(1)preparation phase 1,Through a questionnaire survey,understanding the general situation of many schools and students,Then according to the results of the survey,forming a localized turnover model suitable for underdeveloped areas in Jiangxi.(2)Preparation phase 2,Based on the theory of "1+8" package,The author selected the nuclear system control center for typical special cases,designed;"1+8" learning resource package for flipped classroom,including learning guidance,micro video,micro case,and so on.(3)implementation phase,Selecting a school for teaching practice according to the localized mode.This stage includes two parts,Students in the experimental group studied in the local flipped classroom,while those in the control group studied in the traditional way.(4)evaluation and analysis stage,The author designed tests and Learning satisfaction questionnaire to test students' learning effectiveness and learning satisfaction,besides,a semi structured interview is conducted for the teachers to understand the teacher's suggestions for this lesson and improve the class.(5)the stage of teaching reflection,At this stage,based on the analysis of the evaluation of the teachers,the auther reflected on the problems in this lesson,and considered the correction plan for subsequent research,then collateed teaching resources to form a complete learning resource package.This study constructed a localized flipped classroom model suitable for underdeveloped areas,and developed and integrated "1+8" pre-class package resources for the flipped classroom,At the same time,practice research results show that the design of local flipped classroom is can carry out according to local conditions.Using local flipped classroom teaching students' satisfaction on three-dimensional goals is higher than that of traditional teaching and it can also improve students' learning effectiveness to a certain extent.This study not only provides reference for the later flipped classroom,but also lays a foundation for the curriculum resources construction of flipped classroom.
