| With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,more and more elderly people realize that sports play an increasingly important role in advancing health barriers,preventing and treating diseases,and prolonging health life.On the basis of this study using the research methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,combined with the reality of the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group,the integrated use of management,sociology,gerontology and other disciplines of knowledge,to the elderly sports service demand as the starting point,has carried on the investigation to long Xiangtan city group needs the elderly sports service present situation,analyzes the existing problems of Tan city group in the development of sports service for the elderly in Zhuzhou,explores the influence of Chang Zhu Tan city group of elderly sports service factors.On this basis,with reference to the successful experience of Jiangsu and Zhejiang,combined with the actual situation of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration,this paper puts forward the development countermeasures to meet the needs of the elderly sports service in Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration.The concrete conclusions are as follows:(1)the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group most elderly peopleevery day to participate in physical exercise,exercise time and more concentrated in the morning and evening;physical exercise lasted for60-120 minutes;to participate in physical exercise when breathing,heartbeat,sweating slightly in the state;training places,the main place of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group for the elderly physical exercise for the square,park,School Stadium(gymnasium);the choice in sports,the elderly to participate in physical exercise project mainly concentrated in the square dance,brisk walking,jogging,Tai Chi and other projects.(2)the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group sports service demand characteristics of the elderly mainly for the aging population base,increase the number of sports participation,resulting in the total sports service demand;sports service demand increasingly diversified;Empty Nester and the elderly in rural areas will become the main object of sports service.(3)the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group of elderly sports service insufficient sports facilities service effective supply,the accuracy is not high;the lack of professional guidance services;physique monitoring service promotion is not enough;the social sports organization is weak,the community management professional is not strong;the sports information service from the single channel.(4)causes problems Tan city group of elderly sports service Zhuzhou is the content of the policy lack of cohesion,operability is notstrong;the sports needs of the elderly poor expression mechanism;financial matters indirectly lead to the separation system of financial security is not in place;multi subject power is inadequate;multi subject cooperation is not enough,supply single way.(5)the realization path of health China under the background of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group of elderly sports service demand are the main legal guide: strengthen the policy authority and binding,improve the quality of policy and operation;multi orientation: expanding the source of funds;demand: improve the old people demand of sports service oriented collaborative expression mechanism;accelerate the development of the main supply of the cultivation of different subjects,promote strategic cooperation;service oriented,innovative services,rational use of existing resources;professional orientation: to speed up the construction step of elderly sports service team of professional cutting;organization oriented: perfecting the sports organization construction of community elderly,improve the elderly participation. |
