The Stud On The Utilization And Of Management Of College Stadiums In Changsha Zhuzhou And Xiangtan City Cluster

With the development of society and economy in our country, the deepening of "two fundamental changes" and the enacting of the national fitness project, the public sports enterprise is developing vigorously, more and more people are open to the new idea of consumption on sports. The awareness and needs to health is increasing, a number of people have already treated sports and health equally, and the idea of spending on health and paying for sweat are popularized. As people are eager to keep fit, college stadiums, as the material guarantee of the development of sports enterprise, play an important role.Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan City Cluster, as the political, economic and cultural center of Hunan province, possesses lots of superior resources and conditions for developing sports tourism industry, was entitled as the comprehensive reform experimental zone of a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society by the State Council on December 7, 2007. The research to the sports industrial in the cluster is benefit to promote the advantage of equal and friendly exchanges among the local people, to form the sports tourism industry system which includes these features: leading by training of competitive sports competition, based on public fitness and traditional sports, and be rich in the content and cover all kinds of consumers. However, the infrastructure of the college stadium is weak; the research to the organizational management is relatively backward; the stadiums are not made full use of; and apart from the teaching times, the stadiums are not well managed or protected.Through the methods of document research, investigation, logical analysis, interview, this paper research the current situation of the stadiums in the cluster to provide some powerful basis to the reasonable development, optimal allocation and use for the resource integration of the college stadiums; to provide the experience to college PE reform; and furthermore, to enrich the sports theory about stadium construction theory.The aims of this paper are: to analyze the problems, to figure out the way to integrate and optimize the stadiums resources, to sector the function of the stadiums resources and arrange the space. I hope that my conclusion will play a role in promoting the college stadiums in the cluster to be scientific layout, efficient managed and fully used.The research indicated that, the development uses Changzhutan city group sports facility resources the countermeasure is:1、the reasonable plan, the coordination “two societies” the construction layout.2、the overall plan conformity, optimizes three city sports facilityresources to dispose.3 、 the enhancement cooperation, unifies the management mechanism Perfectly.4 、 the introduction investment, the realization investment main body Multiplication.5、the enlarge investment, raises the sports facility use factor.6、faces the populace, the insistence management way popularity.
