The student’s percussion group in this paper refers to primary and middle school students who share the same interest and attend After-school education organization for training activities and communications.This paper is focus on the personal opinions and discussion of how to organize and establish a primary and middle school student’s percussion band based on 7 years personal working experiences as a head of percussion Department of Chaoyang District Youth Activity Centre.The paper includes following parts.Part 1: the establishment and teaching of primary and middle school student’s percussion group;Part 2: effects of establishing high quality percussion group;Part3: the construction of the teachers ‘team.This paper is hoped to be helping the development of more primary and middle school student’s percussion group.
