The Study On The Operation Mode Of The Central State Organs Tennis Association

The development of competitive tennis needs a solid mass Tennis Foundation,and the national fitness program regards tennis as a strong mass project to be vigorously developed.However,the development of mass tennis in China is slow and needs a main body to promote the development of mass tennis.The tennis social organization,with its unique nature and function,has unique advantages and bounden responsibility in promoting the development of the mass tennis.However,the social organization of tennis is difficult to develop its value because of its late start,weak foundation and slow development.Therefore,it is urgent for a successful and mature tennis social organization to provide experience and guidance for practice.The Tennis Association of the central state organs has been established for seven years,and has achieved success in the development of mass tennis.After seven years of practice,the Internet association has explored a new era of tennis social organizations to develop the way of mass tennis,forming a unique mode of operation.By means of literature,field investigation and expert interview,this paper draws the following conclusions through the analysis of the general situation of the Tennis Association of the central state organs,the human resources,the finance,the field equipment and the organization activities.(1)The Tennis Association of the central state organs was established in May 2010.Its aim is to popularize and promote tennis.The development of the association is divided into the popularization period,the popularization and the transition period.The network association is a non-profit sports social organization.(2)The sources of the human resources of the Tennis Association include retired cadres,special college interns and members of the school team,volunteers and temporary workers.There are three characteristics of the source of human resources in the Internet society.The source of personnel has saved expenses,personnel are professional and volunteers have the spirit of volunteering.The Internet association has strict management on daily duty personnel,competition referees,training coaches and members,and has formed a professional management mode.(3)The financial resources of the association are divided into relying on themselves and relying on others.Self-reliance refers to the income earned by self-training and competition activities.Others rely on the support of the government,enterprises and individuals.In order to strengthen the financial management,standardize the financial behavior,improve the efficiency of the use of funds,the management of assets,the management of the budget and the management of expenditure have been strengthened to ensure the efficiency and safety of the financial operation of the network association.(4)The venues and tennis equipment of the Internet association mainly come from state sponsorship,university cooperation and sponsorship.It makes use of the resources of site and equipment,adopts the mode of intensive operation,training collective training,competition and group competition doubles,which makes full use of the resources of field equipment and personnel,improves the utilization rate of field equipment resources,and produces more tennis population by unit resources.(5)The organization activity mode of the Internet association is based on training,competition as a lever,and competition training combined to promote tennis participation in sustainability.The network association puts the training in the basic position,so that training can really expand the tennis population.Competition as a lever to encourage the masses to participate in tennis.Through the form of combination of training and competition,the network association produces training competition population,competition regenerates training population,and the two virtuous circle makes tennis participate in sustainable development.(6)The operation mode of the Internet association is: the network association is the leading factor,and the multiple main bodies participate in the operation mode.On the other hand,the government,the society,the professional college and the individual also participate in the operation and development of the network association.
