Based on the concept of "humanistic" as the theoretical basis,with the concept of "human-oriented" stratification teaching mode in the experimental study of the basketball elective course in colleges and universities as the research object,the combination of education,school sports science,education psychology and physical education teaching,the related principle of the concept of "human-oriented" stratification teaching mode in basketball elective course in colleges and universities are discussed in the application of further research.This paper analyzes the existing problems of the layered teaching mode,and the concept of "human-oriented" in sports teaching process and analyses the advantages of combination,make a difference in the existing hierarchical teaching mode under the concept of "human-oriented" of stratified teaching model and experimental research in basketball elective course in colleges and universities,through the use of new patterns and analysis,summarized suitable for sports teaching in colleges and universities in the new layered teaching mode,in the universities sports teaching of the introduction of the concept of "human-oriented" stratified teaching,the physical education teaching content and is conducive to the students requirements in terms of organic union,causes the student to the development of mental and body fully,can improve the students for learning initiative and enthusiasm of the teaching content,promote the expansion of the mind and master of physical education learning method.At the same time,the introduction of the concept of "human-oriented" in the process of sports teaching under the layered teaching mode is helpful for students to better grasp the sports skill,increase the autonomy,self take exercise consciousness,cultivate students' sports interest and "lifetime sports" consciousness.Research idea of this article is from the concept of "human-oriented" is an important perspective of teaching concept,to look at existing layered teaching mode,explore the concept of "humanism" in the universities sports teaching advantages and existing stratified teaching model and its existing problems,the internal relationship between arranged through analysis,and construct a set of difference between the existing hierarchical teaching mode under the concept of "human-oriented" of a new type of layered teaching mode,and use this model analysis of the teaching process validation.Through the comparison of data before and after the experiment to verify the "human-oriented" concept under the feasibility and advantage of the layered teaching mode,to colleges and universities sports teaching mode reform and innovation to provide the theoretical basis of the actual.To validated the feasibility of this teaching mode,scientific,this article USES the concept of "human-oriented" horizon,proposed a new hierarchical experiment teaching mode in basketball elective course in university,17 level in Henan university sports college basketball option class nature,namely as experiment object class 1 and class 2.The research process USES the methods of literature,investigation,experiment,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,and compares it with traditional teaching methods,and finally draws the following conclusions:1.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the use of the concept of "human-oriented" under the stratified teaching model is more advantageous to help students find their different levels of problems on the technical movement,at the same time more clearly their own practice,is their own actions to better promote technology level.2.Because of the layered teaching mode under the concept of "human-oriented" of teaching organization form for students is strange,novel,so in the teaching process more able to improve the students' interest in learning.3.Due to the concept of "human-oriented" stratified teaching model not only physiological differences between the students as the focus,more consider the difference between the students' psychological development level,and so on improving the students' learning efficiency,it is better to improve the teaching quality of traditional teaching methods.4.The hierarchical teaching mode under the "humanistic concept" emphasizes the students' main status,changes the passive acceptance status,trains the students to learn actively,and improves their autonomous learning ability.At the same time,it can improve students' ability to receive information and process information,and cultivate students' ability to observe,analyze and solve problems independently.5.Use the concept of "human-oriented" under the stratified teaching model can better promote the communication of student and teacher,to strengthen the bilateral interactive teaching and learning,so that they can better cultivate good relationship between teachers and students,strengthen the intimacy between teachers and students.At the same time,it can better promote the communication between students and students,so as to form a good learning atmosphere for mutual help and friendly cooperation between students.Finally,on the basis of the special theory and empirical research,puts forward the existing sports teaching mode reform development ideas and countermeasures,in order to improve the teaching effect of college sports and the cultivation of students' learning initiative and lifetime sports concept provide some useful theoretical reference.
