In 2003, colleges and universities across the country to implement the "school of the National College of Physical Education Curriculum Teaching Instruction" to replace teach the body 1992 document on the 11th. The new "Platform" target system from the old "outline" of the constitution to strengthen, the "three bases" to teach, German goods train three major tasks to expansion of participation in sport, sports skills, physical health, mental health, social adjustment in the field of five, which put forward new demands for teaching physical education colleges and universities.Basketball is a fun, entertaining, to enjoy, a very strong artistic collective sports which loved by students, but there are different views for the classes of basketball. By the traditional, typical view of technology, biological view of the impact of education, students generally show antipathy for the physical education. How the new "Platform" under the direction of change, in line with the development of higher education and the direction of the overall requirements ,on the content and form continuous innovation, the principle of "health first" and "people-oriented" thinking, and we envisage will be introduce Asynchronous teaching in basketball class.Asynchronous mode of teaching by the Hubei University psychology professor li sh-ifa created ,which catch first prize for outstanding achievements in basic education by the Ministry of Education . Asynchronous teaching methods accord with the basic spirit and requirements of the new curriculum reform. Asynchronous teaching reflects the development of the times, the requirements of the quality of education and the new spirit of the Platform. Asynchronous teaching can achieve individual learning, and give full play to the enthusiasm of students, to teachers guide the realization of the asynchronous and bring into full play the leading role of the teacher. In conditions of not change the existing system of class teaching, it can solve the conflict between teaching students with the uniform requirements and the reality of the existence of differences; it can implement the Methods of Teaching Students According to Their Talents, and gradually achieve the "face of the whole, there are differences in achieve development ", But also conducive to change the passive student learning so that students can complete the dominant position established. Through experimental study in two basketball options classes, we believe that: asynchronous approach can effectively improve their motor skill level, so as to improve teaching efficiency, enhance the teaching effects; it can construct environment of the good teacher-student interaction where students learn to ease pressure and contribute to the healthy development of psychology; it can realize the Methods of Teaching Students According to Their Talents ,individual teaching students and carry forward the main body of teachers and leading to improve student learning tend to dislike sports, extra-curricular sports to enhance the self-study, Increased attention to extra-curricular sports and exercise autonomy. As a result, it can be said that Asynchronous teaching can promote the induction of knowledge and skills, processes and methods, emotional attitudes and values of three-dimensional teaching goals. Asynchronous teaching is a true teaching strategy which improve the quality of the students in the classroom for all students.
