Quality of life has always been a hotspot of research in the field of public administration.From the perspective of psychology,pathology to the management,humanities are all involved in research;there are also many studies on the quality of life of teachers but ignored senior three.Studying the quality of life of the senior three teaches is of great significance in analyzing the pressure of life in the high-pressure education group and improving their quality of life.This will promote the work efficiency of the senior three teachers,then foster more excellent talents for our country.Based on the existing research on the quality of life in the teacher field,this article selected Zhuzhou Nanfang High School,a typical test-oriented high school,as the research object,and conducted a survey of 112 senior high school teachers through questionnaires and interviews.It was found that the overall quality of life of the senior three teachers in Zhuzhou Nanfang High School was relatively average.Although they were satisfied with the family life and occupational welfare,they showed relatively unsatisfactory trends in occupational stress and physical-mental health.Among them,the male teachers' family life and physical-mental health were superior to those of women,but they were worse than women in terms of occupational stress and occupational welfare.The subject teachers scored higher in occupational stress and occupational welfare than other teachers.However,the quality of life in the family life and physical-mental health is not as good as the other teachers.Further,this article discusses several major factors affecting the quality of life of the senior three teachers,which are sorted by influence rank: household living environment,personality and cognition,work status,and interpersonal relationships.Combining the status quo and influencing factors of the subjective and objective quality of life of the senior three teachers,this article believes that to improve the quality of life of the senior three teachers must be based on both the school and the individual: first,to reduce occupational stress;second,to implement human-based management;and third,to strengthen effective self-management.
