A Reserch Of The Social Work Intervention Model On Empty Nesters' Mental Health Problems

After China entered the stage of aging,the society gradually strengthened the concern about the old-age pension problem and put forward many care policies.However,with the increasingly rich material living conditions,the elderly's pension needs have changed quietly,lack of mental health problems caused by the gradual emergence of mental health problems.This phenomenon is particularly prominent in the empty nest of the elderly group,in the face of such a social situation,the whole society should empty the elderly mental health issues attached importance to the urgent need to explore the effective way to solve the problem of mental health of empty nesters.In this paper,the case work,group work and community work were carried out on the mental health problems of 123 empty nesters in the C community of Changsha City by using the theory of energizing theory,advantage angle theory,ecosystem theory and activity theory.The aim is to help them solve the mental health problems in the empty nest state,and ultimately meet their spiritual needs,increase the sense of optimism,enhance the sense of efficacy,enhance the sense of belonging and restore good mental health goals,and try to put forward on this basis can effectively improve the quality of mental health of empty nest elderly social work service model.This paper analyzes the results of questionnaire survey and case interview of 221 empty nesters in C community.It is found that there is a strong demand for environmental safety,goal building,ability upgrading,relationship establishment,community attribution,emotional management and rehabilitation care.According to the different needs of the empty nesters,the project team for the 123 empty nests for the elderly to provide different types of social work services.Through the comparison of service performance evaluation,the project team found that the group work of using the asset focus strategy was the most significant effect in alleviating the mental health problems of the empty nesters.The mental health of the group was the best.Empty nest elderly mental health care service has a strong sustainability,to effectively protect the empty nest elderly mental health and improve the old age service system,we must focus on building empty nest elderly social support network,and effectively promote the social workers of professional intervention.
