High school students are the golden age of the growth of life.They have strong lofty ideals and beliefs,forge ahead and enter the spirit,cultivate the spirit of seeing the virtuous,and cultivate the unyielding qualities of the internal inspirational needs.It is of great significance to implement inspirational education in the ideological and political class.At present,the inspirational resources that can be tapped in high school ideological and political lessons include paper resources,digital resources,campus cultural resources,and practical teaching resources.We can adopt various forms of education such as interpreting principles,model demonstrations,and famous warnings.Through investigation and research,we find that inspirational education has been widely implemented in high school ideological and political education,and has become the main channel of inspirational education in senior high schools.At the same time,high school students agree with inspirational education in Ideological and political lessons.However,due to the limited self literacy of some high school ideological and political teachers,and the lack of specific thinking about the goal of inspirational education,the implementation of inspirational education in high school ideological and political courses still exists the lack of understanding of the importance of teachers to motivational education,the goal of inspirational education is not in line with the reality and the content needs to be enriched.Problems such as ways and means to be reformed and innovating affect the effectiveness of inspirational education in high school ideological and political education.In high school ideological and political lessons to enhance the effectiveness of inspirational education,we must build high quality high school ideological and political class teachers,which is the basic conditions for the implementation of inspirational education.At the same time,in the implementation of specific inspirational education,the goal of inspirational education should be set moderately so that the short-term goals and long-term goals of the high school students will be combined to enable students to achieve a sense of achievement in the process of achieving the goal and to adhere to the ideal goal.Flexible and diverse inspirational education methods,scientifically grasp the moderation of inspirational education,and enrich the content of inspirational education.In addition,the local historical culture,vivid and vivid cases also contain abundant inspirational education resources,and can use local resources to carry out inspirational education according to local conditions.
