Aesthetic education,known as “Mei Yu”,is one of the important factors indispensable to Chinese teaching.Featuring in its vast social background,abundant humanistic connotation,and standard of high quality and great beauty,the works of Chinese teaching material in middle school has been playing crucial roles in aesthetic education.In particular,the aesthetic education in region of Guangxi minority has its distinctions.Firstly,the development of aesthetic education is benefited from its abundant national aesthetic cultural resources.One the other hand,however,there is constraint in implementation of aesthetic education,in Guangxi minority district due to its relatively closed environment.The Chinese aesthetic education in minority regions in China also has their particularities.In Guangxi minority area,because of the less developed cultural education,many senior high students do not form their self-awareness in aesthetic experience,which causes the circumstance that the deficiency of aesthetic interest among senior high school students quite pervasive in the region of Guangxi minority.Thus,in order to improve educational level in minority region,the education of Chinese aesthetic should be based on the aesthetics theory,and utilize their special characteristics of ethnic minority as resources,extract all of factors contained beauty from the text inside the Chinese book,adopt creative teaching measures,and resonate students' emotion both purposively and consciously,which can assist students to know beauty,experience beauty,and therefore,create beauty.The goal of this research is to investigate the current status of Chinese aesthetic education in minority areas in China.Our study will be based on objective phenomenon,combined with both aesthetic education theory and specific teaching cases in school,using literature survey,investigation,and observation as methodologies to find the situation of Chinese aesthetic education and propose improvement measures as a whole.This paper will be divided into five parts:1.Part 1 is the introduction,which mainly explains the significance of the topic and the origin of the Chinese aesthetic education in minority areas.2.Part 2 is chapter 1,which focus on discussing the implications and importance of Chinese aesthetic education.3.Part 3 chapter 2,which state the current situation of Chinese aesthetic education,taking the senior high school education in region of Guangxi minority as example.4.Part 4 is chapter 3,which analyze the problems existed on aesthetic education in minority areas in China as well as the reasons for that.5.Part 5 is Chapter 4,which propose some specific strategies to implement Chinese aesthetic education.
