Education in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which is characterized by its greater diversity and complexity, is quite different from that in inland areas. Unpleasant natural environment, inconvenient transport and underdeveloped economic situations are the main causes that lead to Xinjiang minority-nationality education's complexity, underdevelopment and unbalanced growth in different areas. Therefore , Xinjiang minority-nationality education has to face a variety of difficulties.For a long time, there is a lack of minority-nationality education researchers and specialists in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Education in Xinjiang follows united national trends .Little has been achieved on the study of minority-nationality education. There is almost blank on the study of enhancing writing skills of senior school students in Xinjiang minority nationality area. Aiming at minority regional features of Xinjiang, following the approaches of action research and seeing the issue from the perspective of regional speciality and ethnic diversity, the paper is combined with concrete teaching practice and deals with the teaching strategies on how to entrance senior high students in Xinjiang minority nationality area, trying to make some contributions to senior school Chinese teaching.Underdevelopment in economics doesn't mean a lack of educational resources. Minority nationality area is rich in unique educational resources in the Chinese language teaching curriculum, which need to be employed and be made good use of. The Chinese language teachers in minority nationality areas have to face more problems than those in inland areas. Minority students have much difficulty in learning the Chinese language, which is the national language in China. They are supposed to overcome the interference of their mother tongue and meanwhile they have to improve their practical communicative skills with the Hans.
