Occupation burnout is a state of individual work in the physical and mental fatigue and exhaustion,has a negative impact on individual. Burnout is a state of mental and physical fatigue and exhaustionresulting in personal work, have a negative impact on the individual.Studies have found that burnout is notonly directly affect the physical and mental health of teachers, but also affect their work performance, willgive schools and society brought many negative effects.University teachers as a special, highknowledge-based groups working in the face of increasing scientific pressure, the pressure of teaching,more prone to fatigue state, which also has become a university teacher burnout burnout commonphenomenon. In order to find effective countermeasures teacher burnout, to help university teachers tounderstand their inner needs proper professional orientation, but also to university administrators toteachers for scientific management, improve management performance. This study used2012Liu Danprepared "psychological contract questionnaire university teachers," Liu Ling2012"compiled by teachers’job satisfaction questionnaire" and "teacher burnout questionnaire MBI-ES Scale" Maslach prepared topartially within the university teachers in Henan province were tested to investigate the psychologicalcontract teachers, satisfaction and burnout status of the work, and further reveals the psychological contract,the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout among.The research conclusion:(1) The degree of commitment to the overall psychological contract in line with university teachers.(2) University teachers in emotional exhaustion dimension lowest satisfaction.(3) College teacher burnout situation is not serious.(4) University teachers psychological contract between job satisfaction and burnout pairwisecorrelation. Psychological contract and job burnout was a significant positive correlation; psychologicalcontract and job satisfaction showed a significant negative correlation; job satisfaction and burnout was asignificant negative correlation.(5) Psychological contract teachers, job satisfaction has predicted effects of burnout.(6) University teachers’ job satisfaction and the psychological contract between the intermediary role played burnout. Burnout indirect effects of psychological contract through job satisfaction.
