A Study On The Relationship Between The Master And The Apprentice In The Context Of Modern Apprenticeship

Under the background of modern apprenticeship system,the economic society in our country continuously transforms and develops,but the high skill talents who match with the technology are seriously insufficient,which cannot meet the needs of the progress in our society.In higher vocational colleges,the talent cultivation model has not been applied to the modern development.Therefore,when facing the competitive environment,the modern apprenticeship system more and more highlights the superiority of talent cultivation.It is a hot issue in the current academia.However,the researches on relationship between master and apprentice are vacant in modern apprenticeship system.As the main factors of the modern apprenticeship system,the master and apprentice shoulder the historic mission.The relationship between master and apprentice has an important influence on the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system.Therefore,it is a very important subject to study the relationship between master and apprentice under the background of modern apprenticeship system.This paper mainly studies the relationship of apprenticeship under the background of modern apprenticeship system,which is divided into the following parts:The preface mainly introduces the origin of the thesis,the purpose and significance of the research,the research method,the definition of the core concept and the present research situation at home and abroad.The first part is to analyze the factors of the relationships between master and apprentice under modern apprenticeship,including the type of mentoring relationship,the characteristics of the master and apprentice relationship and the influence factors.The second part is the research and analysis on the current situation of the relationship between apprenticeship in Guangxi.In order to understand the current situation of the relationship,the author first analyzes the external factors of Guangxi,and then carries out questionnaire investigation and interview in five high vocational colleges which implement modern apprenticeship system in Guangxi.Secondly,the author collected and analyzed the case data of two representative higher vocational schools outside the district.Finally the author analyzed the cases of foreign master and apprentice.Through the comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire data and the interview content,it is found that the two sides are satisfied with the master-apprentice relationship.There are still some problems,such as the lack of understanding of the policy,the guidance of apprentice and the less active communication in the daily life.This paper makes a statistical analysis of the factors influencing the relationship between master and apprentice.It shows several main influencing factors: policy system,Line(Enterprise)industry,school,teacher,apprentice,etc.The third part analyzes the causes of the influence factors of modern apprenticeship system in Guangxi,including external factors and main factors analysis.Basing on the study of the previous parts,the forth part is to give the countermeasures and suggestions on the optimization of the modern apprenticeship system.Analyzing from speeding up the improvement of modern vocational education,speeding up the establishment of the line(enterprise)industry,the higher vocational colleges participating in the modern apprenticeship system,improving the personal ability of the enterprise master and improving the personal comprehensive quality of the apprentice.
