Under the background of the construction of world-class universities and first-rate disciplines,the development of Chinese universities is facing unprecedented opportunities.It is also facing enormous challenges.Upgrading university competitiveness has become an immediate task.As the basic constituent elements of the university entity organization,disciplines represent the level of the entire universitys strength Scientific research results are the core elements of scientific research competitiveness and directly reflect the competitiveness of scientific research.Based on the theory of competitiveness,this research builds a scientific research competitiveness model,designs an index system for the analysis of scientific research competitiveness,and uses visualization techniques to study the research papers of the mathematics disciplines of Shandong University as the research object,tapping the information in the papers,and Four dimensions of scientific research influence,scientific research innovation,and scientific research cooperation force are used to study the research competitiveness of Shandong University's mathematics disciplines.Visualization technology quantifies the information to find out the hidden content in the information,and visually presents the data in the form of a visualized graph,which can accurately reveal the content of the bibliographic information.In this study,the scientific citation index expansion database was used as the data source.Using visualizat:ion technology to analyze the papers that the mathematics discipline of Shandong University was included 2191 academic papers by the SCIE database in the past ten years(2008-2017).The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,research significance,research status summary,research ideas,research contents and research innovation points.The second chapter discusses the relevant theoretical basis of competitiveness research.The third chapter constructs.Scientific research competitiveness model and design index system of scientific research competitiveness analysis;Chapter IV discusses database selection and data preprocessing;Chapter V uses visualization technology,from research productivity,scientific research influence,research innovation,scientific research cooperation Dimensional analysis of Shandong Universitys mathematics disciplines in the past decade of high-level academic papers;Chapter VI summarizes the conclusions and deficiencies of the study,put forward recommendations,with a view to providing mathematical evidence for the future development of mathematical disciplines research competitiveness.Based on the competitiveness theory,this research constructs a research competitiveness model and designs a research competitiveness analysis index system,which enriches the theoretical system of research competit,iveness research and provides a new research perspective for research on the competitiveness research.The use of visualization technology to study the scientific research competitiveness of Shandong University's mathematics disciplines has demonstrated the achievements and deficiencies of the development of mathematics disciplines in all directions.It has certain practical significance for the development of disciplines and the enhancement of scientific competitiveness of disciplines.
