Classroom teaching is the main position for the implementation of education in schools and is the central task of schools.The realization of school development can be improved by the improvement and perfection of classroom teaching.Given that the traditional classroom lecture listening and assessment activities cannot effectively improve classroom teaching quality,in light of the theoretical assumptions of Behaviorism and Polanyi's individual knowledge,after a long period of practical research,Professor Wei Hongju of Henan University explored a new kind of improvement: The Analysis of Teaching Section Method.Compared with the traditional listening and commenting model,The Analysis of Teaching Section Method is a listening and evaluation,which is based on the standards,and a listening and evaluation that the theoretical analysis is synchronized with the classroom teaching video presentation.Its ultimate goal is to generate a teaching design theory with practical effects.Practice has proved that The Analysis of Teaching Section Method can not only improve the quality of classroom teaching,but also has positive significance in promoting school development.A high-quality elementary school H Primary School in a district of Zhengzhou City is selected as the case study object.The application process of The Analysis of Teaching Section Method of H Primary School is discussed in detail.The results of The Analysis of Teaching Section Method in the application of H primary school are analyzed.The value of The Analysis of Teaching Section Method to promote the development of the school is confirmed from the practical level.During the course of the diagnosis and application of The Analysis of Teaching Section Method,teachers' professional knowledge is enriched,teaching skills are improved,classroom teaching effectiveness is improved,and teachers gradually becomes researchers.At the same time,the school-based teaching and research mode of H Primary School is transformed to a new mode,which is based The Analysis of Teaching Section Method.Promoting teacher professional growth,improving teaching effectiveness,motivating teachers to become researchers,and transforming school-based teaching and research are the four core areas of The Analysis of Teaching Section Method to promote school development.By realizing the four core areas is the mechanism of The Analysis of Teaching Section Method to promote school development.Through interviews,we find that there are some problems in the understanding and operation of The Analysis of Teaching Section Method of Chinese language teachers of H school in: Teachers' unclear understanding of the "standards" in "standards-based assessment";schools based on core instructional design slice groups are too rigid,leading that teacher's attention to instructional design behavior is narrow;some teachers make a thorough analysis of the cognitive biases in the effectiveness of The Analysis of Teaching Section Method,and put forward some feasible countermeasures: the selection of standards should be based on understanding and should select those pedagogical theories with strong operability as the basis for assessment;the slicing groups should be flexible and should care the interests of teachers;the value of The Analysis of Teaching Section Method lies is to generate operational teaching design theory,and the judgment of their value should not be limited at the individual level.In the prospect of The Analysis of Teaching Section Method application,some suggestions are proposed which are beneficial to the effective application of this method in practice: forming a set of “standards” that can be used for reference in class assessment activities to promote the smooth display of The Analysis of Teaching Section Method activities;The presentation of the results of slicing analysis can enhance the attractiveness of slicing analysis reports;The Analysis of Teaching Section Method activities should be summarized in a timely manner and experience should be shared.These suggestions will help other schools to successfully use The Analysis of Teaching Section Method.
