Teaching and research section which is set up specialized teaching research,teaching management, teaching institutions at the provincial, city and county is one ofthe most important part of education system suitable for the situation of our countryand plays an important role in promoting the development of education cause in ourcountry. Since the new century, Along with our country quality education reform andnew curriculum reform, all over the country provinces and cities of provincial, cityand county levels teaching and research section and the teaching staff have made awelcome exploration and innovation and contributed quite rich theory and practiceresults. But looking from literatures, this kind of data are rare which need to attachimportance in the future research so as to provide more work reform and innovationof teaching and research section of practical wisdom and experience for reference.This study is from the perspective of experience summary and promotion selectingpart of the county-level demonstration teaching and research section of Jiangxiprovince to carry out empirical analysis and to further improve this kind of teachingand research work of teaching and research section optimization recommendations.This study on the basis of literature review which uses literature collection andanalysis, in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey is to do an empirical researchand analysis to the fifth model in the teaching and research section selection forjiangxi experience on the part of demonstration teaching and research section. Thestudy found that the teaching and research experience of the model of teaching andresearch section at the county level advancement mainly embodied in the systemconstruction innovation, the curriculum reform and teaching reform experiment madesolid progress teaching routine management and school-based research issue,effective service rural education teaching reform and the research team neat andresearch conditions logistical support. Meanwhile, County demonstration teachingand research section of the research experience also has certain limitation: the first isthat a new concept of curriculum reform did not translate into the vast majority ofteachers’ practical action, in the second class changes of school-based teaching andresearch and actual effect remains to be further improved, the third aspect researchand achievements transformation level of leading and demonstration is not strong.So the author from two aspects: idea innovation and speed of the center of gravityto optimize the demonstration teaching and research section of the research work. To be specific, on the concept of innovation, deep understanding and attaches greatimportance to the research work is the premise, effective teaching is the goal, reformof the teaching evaluation is oriented and promoting teachers’ professionaldevelopment is the key. In the center of gravity on the adjustment, research footholdfor basic education curriculum reform, to deepen the reform of the education teachingevaluation for the key. To strengthen the education teaching research for new researchareas of growth and faculty and research staff professional development as purport ofsystem innovation.
