School sports work plays a decisive role in the school system.The development of school sports work has a bearing on the quality of physical education and the future healthy development of young people.It will also profoundly influence the reform of socialist sports with Chinese characteristics.This paper conducts a detailed investigation on the development of private junior high schools in Tanghe County,hoping to comprehensively analyze the problems existing in the development of private schools in Tanghe County,and put forward effective strategies to improve the counties in Tanghe County.The current state of the development of civilian-run junior high school sports,and at the same time expects to see “big”,“big”,“infer one thing from the others”,and from the development of private school junior high schools in Tanghe County to the nationwide private schools in the same county as Tanghe County.The development of school sports work will provide some reference for its development.This article uses literature research method,field investigation method,interview method,analysis method and other research methods,respectively,in the county area of Tanghe County,six private junior high school sports related policy documents,hardware environment,teacher resources,curriculum development,curriculum evaluation status and In several aspects such as the development of extracurricular sports activities,we conducted detailed and detailed interviews and investigations from the macro-policy background to the micro-scale curriculum,and conducted comparative analysis with the national “Sports and Health” curriculum standards.Through preliminary research,the following conclusions are drawn:1).The private junior high schools in the counties of Tanghe County have all the relevant policy documents issued by relevant state departments.2).Tanghe county private junior high school sports special funds are lack of,single source,less investment,and unreasonable use.3).The private junior high school PE teachers in Tanghe county have a lower level of academic qualifications,a serious shortage of numbers,and a disproportionate sex ratio;the teaching age and age structure tend to be aging;the overall salary level is about 2,800 yuan;post-employment training can be effectively guaranteed.4).Although there are syllabuses and annual teaching plans for private junior high schools in county areas of Tanghe County,physical education teachers do not teach and prepare lesson plans as required;physical education courses are taught in two sessions.The opening rate is 100%,but teaching exists.The problems of single content setting,traditional teaching methods,and solidification of teaching organization form.5).The content of the private junior middle school curriculum evaluation in Tanghe county includes physical fitness,attendance,classroom performance,extracurricular sports activities,etc.The evaluation form adopts the model of teacher evaluation and class teacher coordination.6).The development of non-governmental extracurricular sports activities in the counties of Tanghe County is not ideal.Give the following suggestions for the problem:1)Strengthen the reform of the management system for private education in Tanghe County's competent authorities,and in particular,increase the inspection and supervision of the non-governmental junior high school sports.The government and the school work together to ensure that policies,opinions,standards and other documents are in place.2)Widely open financing channels,legally and rationally use the facilities of the school sports grounds to create income for the school,attract capital sponsors of school sports funds from well-known alumni and sports brand traders,standardize the use of sports funds,and eliminate phenomena such as misappropriation,occupation,and abuse.occur.In combination with the actual situation,improve equipment equipment and fully and effectively use.3)Cooperate with the County-level Human Resources Protection Bureau and the Education and Sports Bureau to actively recruit outstanding undergraduate sports graduates,protect the legal rights of physical education teachers such as workload,promotion of titles,and improve the gender and age structure of physical education teachers;expand the number of active physical education teachers Post-employment training and online continuing education efforts to attract a certain percentage of college graduates in sports majors to improve their age structure,improve academic qualifications,and encourage outstanding students to take root in the grassroots.4)The school's main leadership groups updated their concepts,carefully analyzed and strengthened their understanding and implementation of relevant national policy documents,standardized physical education teaching procedures in accordance with teacher management regulations,carefully prepared lesson plans and prepared lessons,used rain and snow to strengthen health education for students,and purchased equipment.Enrich student sports classroom content,and actively use "multimedia,computer" and other teaching tools to improve students' interest in sports participation and learning.5)To popularize the new ideas and concepts of curriculum evaluation in the group of physical education teachers,and on the basis of the original combination of physical and mental characteristics,age,and growth and development,develop appropriate and suitable standards for evaluating students' comprehensive
