With the continuous change of the internal and external environment of moral education in our country,there is a disconnect between the textbook and teaching.In order to realize the times and innovation of moral education,the new curriculum reform and the good development of Quality education.In the 2016,our country has changed "ideological and moral" to "morality and rule of law" in the beginning grade of junior middle School.The new textbook has made a great adjustment in both content and form,which the design of "inquiry and share" has become a bright spot.The adaptation of textbooks not only enriches the content of teaching,but also has an important influence on the change of teaching mode.The inquiry teaching breaks the traditional teaching mode and goes into people's field of vision.It can inspire students ' potential and cultivate students ' innovative consciousness and critical thinking.From the seven Grade "morals and the rule of law" to study the application of inquiry teaching,existing problems and solutions,not only to enrich and develop the exploratory teaching theory,but also to enhance the effectiveness of inquiry teaching to provide a strategic reference.As a new teaching mode,inquiry-based teaching integrates problematic and heuristic,autonomy and cooperation,logic and argumentation,fairness and openness.It is not only in accordance with the requirements of new curriculum reform and new curriculum standard,but also in the personality and body-mind development of seven grade students to carry out inquiry-based teaching in the seven-year moral and rule of law course.In addition,the advent of the internet age and the popularization of multimedia,but also for the development of exploratory teaching provides a favorable material conditions.At present,inquiry-based teaching has been widely used in the teaching of moral and rule of law in primary and secondary schools.Through interviews and questionnaires,it is found that the application of inquiry-based teaching has achieved some achievements in recent days,but there are still many problems,such as the low quality of students ' inquiry,the not-perfect teachers ' exploratory skills,and the imperfect evaluation mechanism of inquiry teaching.To truly carry out the effective implementation of inquiry-based teaching in the seven grade moral and rule of law course,it is necessary to enhance students ' inquiry consciousness,inquiring ability,inquiring interest and so on to enhance the inquiry skills of moral and rule of law course teachers ' ability to ask,guide ability,reflective ability,and to perfect the teaching evaluation mechanism in the process of joint inquiry between teachers and students.The application of inquiry-based teaching in the seven grade moral and rule of law course has its steps and procedures,which can be divided into three stages,such as preparation before exploration,implementation in inquiry and reflection after inquiry.Of course,these steps and procedures are not fixed,teachers in the exploration of teaching practice can be flexible according to the actual situation of choice and flexibility.
