The logical structure and knowledge system prepared by the Ministry of Theme Teaching Adaptation is a useful attempt to carry out the subject teaching as a useful attempt of ideological and political teaching in junior high school and a new exploration of the current reform of socialist teaching with Chinese characteristics.The subject teaching refers to the teaching mode around the subject by studying the text content,analyzing the subject,constructing the situation,and focusing on the subject,and strengthening the educator's reflection on the past teaching practice and the deep thinking on the relationship between the teaching leader and the subject.Through the combination of literature research method,investigation method and theory and practice,this paper combs through the current situation of subject teaching,learns that the subject teaching is gradually popularized in the reform of teaching in China,and gets the attention and application of first-class teachers in various disciplines.Based on this,this paper will further study the application of the subject teaching in the eighth grade of junior high school ethics and rule of law,according to the evaluation and reflection of the effect in the teaching process,and put forward-looking recommendations.The use of the meme teaching in the course of morality and the rule of law aims at better achieving the goal of educating people at the practical level,guiding junior high school students to form a scientific understanding of the country,planting patriotic feelings,and further implementing the "New Era Patriotism Education Implementation Outline" adhere to the requirements of starting from the doll,focusing on the fixed-ben essence,and soul-building.The article is divided into five parts.The introduction of the first part mainly introduces the reasons for the selection of the thesis,the significance of the study,the current situation of research at home and abroad,the research methods,the characteristics and shortcomings of the thesis.The second part expounds the connotation and characteristics of the subject teaching,clarifies the significance of the use of the subject teaching in the course of moralityand the rule of law,and the third part interprets the teaching material content of "Safeguarding the National Interest" in the fourth unit of morality and rule of law in the eighth grade according to the curriculum standard.Based on the idea of clarification and the integration of teaching materials,the fourth part from teachers and students to carry out in-depth lesson preparation,create patriotic theme connotation,teachers and students integrated teaching resources,improve the integration of thinking ability and carry out the subject teaching classroom,thick plant junior high school students patriotic feelings of the three aspects of the theme of teaching the specific use of the topic of teaching,and through a certain way to evaluate and reflect.On the basis of the research in the previous article,the fifth part gives three suggestions for the use of subject teaching in the course of ethics and rule of law: first,to integrate the educational resources of the national conditions,to carry out in-depth research and study;This paper is the theme of teaching in the moral and rule of law class in the application of exploration and attempt,in the appendix to " Everyone is Responsible for the Rise and Fall of the World " as an example to show the teaching design of a lesson.
