In 2016,Education sector changed the name of "ideology and ethics" in junior high schools to "ethics and rule of law",unified the new textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education,and made major adjustments and changes to the design and content of the Ministry of Education.The textbook has changed the original characteristics of the original ideological and moral courses.These original characteristics emphasize the emphasis on knowledge,neglect of process,emphasis on theory,and neglect of practice.The purpose is to give full play to the leading position of students in the classroom and realize the fundamental task of "cultivating people through self-cultivation".In this case,student-centered and inquiry-based teaching can play an important role in cultivating students' inquiry ability and enhancing students' enthusiasm for participation.Therefore,this article starts with the "Ethics and Rule of Law" class in the seventh grade.The application status of this book,the existing problems and the solutions to the problems,not only provide a reference for improving the effectiveness of inquiry teaching,but also hope to improve the quality of inquiry of teachers and students and lay a foundation for future learning.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part expounds the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods.The second part introduces the related theories of inquiry teaching.This part discusses the theoretical basis of inquiry teaching,the connotation and characteristics of inquiry and inquiry teaching.The third part combines questionnaire surveys,interviews and classroom observations to analyze the application status of inquiry-based teaching in the seventh-grade rule of law curriculum.The current problem.They focus on several aspects:the setting of the question,the organization of the question,the topic of the question and the evaluation of the teaching of the question.The fourth part combines the current situation and existing problems,and analyzes the causes of the problems from both subjective and objective aspects.With the help of specific teaching examples,the corresponding optimization strategies suitable for seventh grade Taoism classes are proposed.Teachers must first change their concepts in a variety of ways to improve their inquiry-based teaching capabilities.Secondly,teachers should do a good job of inquiry teaching design from two aspects:inquiry goals and problem design.Finally,optimize the teacher's guidance method in the process of inquiry teaching,enrich the organizational form of inquiry activities,comprehensively consider and improve the evaluation of inquiry teaching.
