Facing the immense changes brought about by information technology and the urgent need to build a learning society,society and government have put forward higher requirements for personnel training in universities.The traditional talent training model focuses on the duplication and memory of knowledge,and students are difficult to adapt to today's rapidly changing society,and have received fierce criticism from all walks of life.Correspondingly,focusing on the understanding and application of knowledge,the deep learning competency that promotes the three-dimensional development of students' cognition,personal and interpersonal fields has gradually become the focus of attention.Deep learning emphasizes the reflection,understanding and dialogue of learning.Deep learning competency is not only a new standard for the evaluation of higher education quality,but also a strong call for accelerating the construction of a learning society.Based on combing and learning from previous studies,this study defines the concept of deep learning competency.On this basis,based on the theory of learning science,the deep learning mechanism is analyzed and the composition of deep learning competency is divided.Then,based on relevant questionnaires at home and abroad,the college students were revised and adapted to the deep learning competency questionnaires of undergraduates.The deep learning of 1047 undergraduates in Henan University was based on six dimensions: transfer learning,critical thinking,teamwork,effective communication,learning and academic mind.Ability to conduct research.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire reached the basic standard of the survey scale,which laid a good foundation for further data analysis.This study uses SPSS22.0 statistical software to process data,and uses descriptive analysis,differential analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods for data analysis and processing.The survey results show that the current overall level of deep learning competency of students in Henan University is average.On this basis,combined with interviews and surveys,the main problems of the deep learning competency of undergraduates from the cognitive,interpersonal and personal levels are as follows: false curriculum input,overall in-depth thinking is weak;indifferent classroom observers,teacher-student interaction and Peer interaction is insufficient;accustomed to rely on external norms,lack of self-guidance and strategic use of the academic.In view of the above problems,this study mainly analyzes social culture,educational concepts,curriculum conditions and students themselves.Furthermore,based on the principle of learning environment design,it proposes specific strategies for solving problems in deep learning competency.The first is to implement a student-centered education philosophy.The second is to reform the curriculum and strengthen students' understanding of learning.The third is to build a learning community and promote dialogue among students.The fourth is to improve the academic evaluation system and improve students' reflective learning.
