On The Integration Of Vocational Education Institutions' Specialty Layout In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

The specialty layout adjustment of vocational education institutions is the inherent connotation of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Based on the theory of interaction between vocational education and regional economic development and analysis on the status quo and future trends of economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper analyzed the matching degree and fit degree between vocational education institutions' specialty layout and industrial structure in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and proposed the integrative strategy of specialty layout of vocational education institutions in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to provide talents for the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated region.With the status quo of industrial structure,employment structure,and specialty layout of vocational education institutions in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,and the aid of the match degree analysis method,this paper found that the specialty structure of the secondary vocational schools in Beijing was the most suitable for the regional industrial structure,followed by Tianjin and Hebei Province,the specialty structure of the higher vocational colleges in Tianjin most closely matched the regional industrial structure,followed by Hebei Province and Beijing,and promoting integration of vocational colleges' specialty layout can help optimize the matching of its structures and industrial structures.With the aid of fit degree analysis method,this paper inferred that there were 25 specialties,containing biochemistry & pharmaceuticals,manufacturing,textile & food,transportation,electronic Information,of higher vocational colleges in Beijing,resources,environment,petrochemicals,processing & manufacturing of vocational schools in Tianjin,resources & environment,petrochemicals,processing & manufacturing,textile & food,energy & new energy,transportation,finance & business,others,medicine & sanitation,judicial services,leisure & health,public administration,culture art,education,sports & fitness of vocational schools and transportation in higher vocational colleges in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated area were in better agreement with the industry and the remaining specialties of any schools or colleges in these area were oversupply or excessive demand.According to the problems found in the adaptability analysis of vocational education institutions' specialty and industrial structure in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,this paper proposed the principles,containing adaptability,integrity,stability,benefit to be followed in the adjustment of the vocational colleges' specialty layout in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Standing in the perspective of the governments,schools and communities,this paper proposed four measures: adjust vocational colleges' specialty settings based on integrated region,adjust the specialty structure of vocational colleges based on the industrial structure,enhance the vocational colleges' specialty construction based on the actual situations,improve professional ability to educate talents based on innovation of system and mechanism.
