Research On Support Group To Relieve Parents’ Pressure On High School Students

With the increasingly fierce competition of talent in China,the public’s attention to the college entrance examination is also increasing.In addition to the huge pressure of the students themselves,parents of high school students are also suffering from pressure.Too much pressure from parents will not only cause parents’ pain,but also affect their interaction and communication with children,and even play a negative role in children’s learning effect.Therefore,it is a very important and necessary task to effectively guide the parents of high school students.The article from the perspective of social work,relying on the Yangyuan County Middle School Z,investigates and analyzes the status and problems of parents’ pressure on some high school students.In view of their actual needs,on the basis of relevant theories,the group work method is used to help them build up the support network to alleviate the pressure.First,it introduces the background,problems,objectives and significance of the research,and points out the innovative points of this study.The main body of the text consists of six parts: The first part is to review and comment the literature at home and abroad,and to determine the direction of the research.The second part defines the relevant concepts,and explains the theoretical basis and the analytical framework.The third part introduces research methods,determines the scope and standard of research objects selection,and uses questionnaires and interviews to collect data of research objects.The fourth part analyzes the status,problems and causes of parents’ pressure relief on Z high school students.The fifth part introduces supportive group work methods to alleviate the pressure of parents in Z middle school,including intervention design,group activities and outcome evaluation.The sixth part draws the conclusion of the research,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects.Through the study,it is found that the group social work method is applicable in alleviating the problem of parents’ pressure on high school students.Parents can get help from each other in the established support network,and learn the experience and skills of releasing pressure,so as to relieve their pressure and improve their relationship with children.At the same time,schools,communities and society can also use social workmethods to play their role in relieving stress,and provide some help for parents of high school students,so that they can achieve better development.
