Group Intervention Research On The Occupational Stress Relief Service Of Grassroots Policemen

At the present stage,China is in a critical period of social transformation.In the process of social transformation in China,all aspects of social economy,politics,ideology and culture have seen unprecedented progress and development compared to the past.At the same time,a series of social problems have also emerged,which has prompted the grassroots police to take on the heavy tasks and challenges in maintaining the security and stability of the political and social environment as well as the benign operation of the society,and also to bear huge professional pressure.Police officers are recognized as one of the most stressful professions in society,and the dangerous,high-load,and high-stress nature of their work leads them to bear enormous pressure.This paper takes the grassroots policemen of the G police station in County W as the main research object,takes social learning theory and symbolic interaction theory as the theoretical guidance,and uses the questionnaire method combined with the interview method to clarify the current situation and demand analysis of the grassroots police occupational pressure,and understands their occupational pressure through investigation The degree is high and the influencing factors are complex and diverse;the level of occupational stress is specifically manifested in somatic,psychological and behavioral aspects;grassroots policemen have needs for physical health,stress management and social interaction.On this basis,using the group work intervention method in the social work method,five group activities are designed and carried out to help the grassroots policemen relieve their occupational pressure.By evaluating the intervention effect of group work in the process evaluation and result evaluation of the data before and after the group and the changes of the group members,it is found that the degree of occupational stress of the group members has been reduced to a certain extent after participating in the group activities.The research conclusions are as follows: the group work method has a significant effect on alleviating the occupational pressure of the grassroots police,and the grassroots police need to improve their occupational stress management ability.
