In today's society,people are paying more and more attention to the education,and young teachers in Universities have become the main force to cultivate the talents of higher education for our country,but their psychological pressure has become the main problem of the society,which has not aroused enough attention.The main factor affecting the mental health is the psychological pressure,and the overweight of psychological pressure will cause some side effects,such as physical problems and mental disorders.Also this has made some influence on the development of universities in our country.So it is urgent for the social workers to do the research and exploration of relieving and intervening in the psychological pressure of young teachers in Universities.Psychological pressure is a continuous and comprehensive mental state formed by individual's responding to stressful events in practical activities.Moderate and short-term psychological pressure can help practical activities go smoothly,and excessive and longterm psychological pressure will have a negative impact on the normal development of practical activities.In our daily work and life,young teachers in universities often encounter different levels of psychological pressure.This paper intends to study on the psychological pressure of young teachers in universities and ways to cope with it.This study selected young teachers in some Anshan university as the research objects.On the basis of understanding and combing previous research results,we knew the levels of psychological pressure of young teachers in universities by observation and questionnaire survey,and evaluated the needs of group members.Therefore,basing on the demand assessment,I designed and implemented the group work plan to help the young teachers in universities to relieve the pressure and enhance their resilience by improving their social support level.The results of the group work are evaluated by the contrast between the pretest and post-test data,the group members' feedback and the my observation.It is found that the support group work can achieve better results in relieving the psychological pressure of the young teachers in universities.Final conclusions are drawn as follows: By analyzing the measurement charts before and after the activity,I found that the social support level of young college teachers withmore stress is slightly lower than that of other young teachers with less stress in universities.By using the working mode of group work and the method to intervene in relieving the psychological pressure of young teachers in universities,we can achieve better results.Guided by the Strengths Perspective,the Perceived Social Support promotion team of young teachers in universities can achieve better service results.The young teachers with stress are sensitive to the word "psychological pressure",so when we serve the young teachers in universities,we should try to look at them from the Strengths Perspective.From the Strengths Perspective,almost everything can be transformed into a strength under specific condition,and individuals have their subjectivity and resilience when facing difficulties.Perceived Social Support is the individual feature developed by the individual when encountering troubles and pressure and can be regarded as the individual's valuable resource.It is the individual's strength to face his\her own psychological pressure.
