Objective: this study by making health qigong · guidance YangShengGong twelve method of exercise prescription,intervention on the mental health of college students,to seek a new way to improve college students' mental health status.Methods: this study to fitness qigong · guidance YangShengGong twelve method exercise prescription on college students' mental health intervention effect as the research object,mainly USES the literature material method,questionnaire method and experimental method were studied.To fitness qigong · guidance YangShengGong twelve method of exercise prescription for intervention,need according to the experiment,randomly selected from national education in Beijing university of posts and telecommunications tivoli campus college prep level 2016 class,preparatory 16 class of 60 students as experimental object,5 classes as the experimental group,16 class as the control group,30 people.Group in accordance with the requirements for the content of the exercise prescription for 12 weeks,for 60 minutes at a time,three times a week of intervention(10 minutes of action theory,combined with 45 group achievement method of a complete set of exercises,5 minutes combing the theoretical knowledge).The control group did not accept the power intervention,and maintained the normal course study and life.Respectively before and after the experiment to two rounds of scale test,the experimental group and the control group after completion of all the data through Excel spreadsheet statistics with SPSS18.0 software for processing,paired sample T test within the group,an independent samples t-test between groups,will be the index difference of two groups before and after the experiment data of variance analysis.Results: the difference between the experimental group and the control group was found to be significant difference in somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility and bigotry.It is shown that the exercise prescription of 12 weeks' fitness qigong and guiding the exercise can effectively improve the mental health status of college students and improve their mental health.Conclusion: the exercise prescription can effectively improve the mental health status of college students.It is suggested that the exercise prescription can be used as one of the measures to promote the mental health of college students.
