adaptability,according to the types of different temperament of female college students through yoga intervention to provide certain theoretical basis and reference.At the same time,in the future yoga courses,we can implement the principle of teaching according to their aptitude in accordance with their aptitude according to different temperament types,stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative in learning yoga,and promote students’ physical health,mental health,social adaptation and moral health class.This study adopts the literature method to consult his yoga related theoretical knowledge,yoga and emotional regulation,temperament type and mental health,temperament type and sports literature,using the questionnaire method for non-sports female college students temperament type division and using the experiment of non-sports female college students before the mood state scale data measurement and complete the test of the experiment.The research subjects were selected from the undergraduate non-sports yoga class of female college students in Yunnan Normal University,respectively,Class 1,Class 2 and Class 3 were experimental classes,grouped according to different temperament types.After the experiment,the samples were finally selected and determined,The total sample size was 82,including 25 in the depressive ant group,17 in the mucus group,20 in the polyblood group and 20 in the bile group.During the experiment,the subjects were in the class,not according to temperament.The experimental group will undergo an 8-week Hatha yoga intervention session twice a week.Through mathematical statistics method and pair analysis method,the degree of haa yoga intervention can affect female college students of non-sports majors in different temperament types is different.research conclusion:1.In negative emotions such as tension,anger,depression and panic,the matching T-test of each group,each group,the score,which showed a positive adjustment effect on negative emotions under the intervention of Hatha yoga;however,there were no significant differences in three different temperament tests,indicating that there was no effect on the different temperament types under the intervention of Hatha yoga;In the fatigue dimension the depressive and bile groups,through each group The paired T test of pre-test showed that the depressive and bile groups increased,which showed a negative effect on the emotional regulation of fatigue under the intervention of Hatha yoga;the other two groups,indicating that there was no significant effect on the two groups under the intervention of Hatha yoga.In energy and self-related emotional positive emotions,the paired T test of each experimental pretest and experimental posttest showed that energy and self-related emotional posttest scores were increased and significantly different,indicating a positive adjustment effect on positive emotions under the intervention of Hatha yoga.2.In the negative emotions,such as tension,anger,fatigue,depression and panic,through the one-way analysis of variance between the groups,the dimensions of the groups were different;but the anger and fatigue dimensions,indicating no difference in negative emotions.Through one-way ANOVA between each dimension,the tension,fatigue,panic and depression showed the degree of negative emotions after the experiment;there was no significant difference between groups There was an anger dimension,indicating that there was no difference in the negative emotions measured after the experiment.In energy and
