As the biggest livelihood,employment has always been highly valued by the party and the state.Since the 18th CPN National Congress,the Party Central Committee,with general secretary Xi Jinping as the core,has made important instructions to the employment of ethnic minorities and college students.As one of the main groups of ethnic minority students in China,solving the employment relationship is related to the vital interests of the China' s Korean ethnic college students and thousands of China' s Korean ethnic families,related to the progress of the China' s Korean ethnic residents in the border areas to get off poverty and get rich to a well-off society.It is also related to the national unity and development and the stability of the border areas of the motherland.At present,with the economic and society entering a new normal state,the growth of GDP is slowing down,the industrial structure is transforming and upgrading,the number of college graduates in China continues rising,and the employment of the China' s Korean ethnic university graduates is facing more difficulties and challenges.This paper,guided by Marx's theory of employment,takes the Korean ethnic graduates of J University for the last five years as the survey,analyzes the employment situation of Korean ethnic students,thinks about their employment,and puts 'forward some suggestions for improvement.IN this paper systematically combs and expounds the background and main contents of Marx's theory of employment,and introduces the application and practice of Marx's theory of employment in China.And taking J University,the largest and largest student in China as an example,through the comprehensive statistics and analysis of the employment rate of the Korean nationality graduates in J University,the geographical direction of employment,the flow of employment units and the distribution of employment industry in recent years,it is concluded that the employment rate of Korean ethnic college students is on the low side,and the geographical direction of employment structure is unreasonable,the unit flow direction is single,and the industry distribution is "polarized".Analyzes the reasons which impact the employment of China' s Korean ethnic students from four aspects through the questionnaire survey of the 2013-2017 Korean ethnic undergraduate students in J University,the aspects are:the state,society,universities and China' s Korean ethnic students themselves.On this basis.In view of the main problems and the causes from the previous analysis,combined with the nineteen major spirit of the party and the important instructions of general secretary Xi Jinping to the employment and entrepreneurship of college students,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the employment of Korean ethnic students in China from the following three aspects:the state,the universities and Korean ethnic students themselves.We hope that we can provide reference for other minority college students including Chinese Korean ethnic groups to achieve fuller and higher quality employment through handles developing simultaneously and making accurate efforts.
