China is a developing country in the period of strategic opportunities.Employment is always one of the themes of China's development strategy,and it is also a serious challenge under the current market economy.The structural problems of surplus labor resources and lack of human resources have become increasingly prominent.Based on Marx's employment theory,it has become an important theoretical and practical problem to explore the path of employment improvement in line with the inherent development requirements of socialist market economy and contemporary China ' s national conditions.This paper attempts to examine employment from the perspective of Marxist politicals livelihood from the perspective of Marxist political economics,a more comprehensive and systematic summary of Marx's employment theory system,expounds the practical significance of Marx's employment theory,analyzes the change of the current employment situation,and strive to explore the realistic path to solve the employment problem,and strive to provide valuable reference for the long-term planning of employment.Firstly,it sorts out Marx ' s employment theory and divides it into two parts.One is Marx's analysis and criticism of capitalist social phenomena.Including the disclosure of capitalist exploitation of laborers surplus value,pay workers ' nominal wage theory.This paper expounds the labor division theory of workers in the state of unreasonable division of labor under the distorted labor relations in capitalist society.The relative excess population theory that capitalists seek to invest in the lowest human cost and earn the highest profit causes a large number of unemployed people.The second is Marx's ideal outline of future social employment,including that the employment right is an inherent social universal employment theory.The labor resource theory of labor resource allocation according to social needs.Career choice theory should take into account the benefits of both individuals and society.Whether criticizing the phenomenon of unemployment in capitalist society or planning the employment direction of the future society,it highlights the three theoretical characteristics of Marx 's employment theory,which are mainly material production labor,distinctive scientific and revolutionary,and the unity of individual development and social progress.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the current situation of labor employment in China after entering the stage of " new employment form." China's labor in the number of large base,the overall sufficient but slow growth trend.In structure,there is a long-term contradiction between urban and rural structure and industrial structure.The development of intelligence brings new opportunities to China's employment,such as the upgrading of traditional industrial labor mode,the optimization of traditional labor market structure,the emergence of a large number of new occupations,and the improvement of laborers ' employment quality.At the same time,it also needs to face new challenges such as backward industrial structure,difficult situation of low-end labor in industrial chain and shortage of high-end talents.Finally,based on Marx's employment theory as the guiding principle of China's employment situation,combined with the development trend of the times put forward some employment suggestions.One is to optimize the system guarantee of labor force employment in China.We will improve the unemployment insurance system and increase the coverage of unemployment insurance.Create a fair employment system environment,protect vulnerable groups,and establish a more equitable employment system.Adhere to the reform of colleges and universities to promote employment system,train talents in line with market needs.Second,optimize our country labor force employment policy support.We will promote urban and rural employment as a whole,narrow the gap between urban and rural employment,and solve the problem of re-employment of migrant workers.Support for SME development and mitigation Burden,expand the talent attraction of small and medium-sized enterprises.We should encourage independent entrepreneurship,introduce preferential policies for entrepreneurship,reduce the threshold of entrepreneurship,create an atmosphere of entrepreneurial culture,and raise the awareness of entrepreneurship throughout the nation.Three is to optimize the individual promotion of labor employment in China.Individual Laborers should establish a correct outlook on employment,seize various opportunities,dare to compete and go to the grassroots to serve the people.Laborers should consciously take the initiative to participate in vocational skill training,and combine their own abilities to participate in vocational skill training suitable for themselves.Laborers should also improve improve their awareness of independent innovation and entrepreneurship,learn innovative entrepreneurial knowledge,strengthen group cooperation in order to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship,and promote their own scientific research results.
