Nowadays, along with the expansion of universities every year, higher education has transferred from elite education to mass education. The number of graduates increases rapidly, which leads severe challenges to the employment of graduates. The difficulty of graduates’ job-finding has become a social consensus. Under this circumstance, how to improve the model of college graduates’employment guidance in order to help students to fully and high-quality employment,has become an important subject which needs to be resolved urgently, and become practical needs to be resolved the problem of graduates’ unemployment.The core idea of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) perspective is based on "customer-centric", i.e. its concept of customer serve is to achieve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to the maximum extent. In the meanwhile, it intends to comprehensively enhance the personalized service to customers by applying modern information technology tools. On the basis of concluding domestic and foreign career guidance for graduates, the paper introduces the CRM concept, which has great effect in enterprises’ operation. The concept view universities as the enterprise, graduates as customers, and the service guidance as product. Centering on graduates, referring to different functional phases and the theory of customer life cycle, the career guidance mode integrate collection, management, analysis, custom-tailor, and designed the CRM system in employment guidance. In this thesis, striving to provide new ideas and explore a feasible way for the university employment.This paper firstly makes clear the background, significance and purposes of the research, illustrate the main research content, and introduce creative idea in this paper. Then the paper describes the basic content of CRM, such as connotation, concept and function, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of its application. Then from three different latitudes under CRM perspective focuses on the application of CRM concept of employment guidance in Colleges and universities. And on this basis, design the structure and function of guidance employment CRM system. Summary and prospect of the research at the end of the paper, points out the research on the theory and practice need to continue efforts in the next days.
