In recent years,China's higher education has developed to the level of popular education,and is moving forward at a high pace,and the era of universal education is getting closer and closer to us.However,this transformation of the education system has brought about a great increase in the quality of national education,but also brought a large number of college graduates to social absorption and digestion.On the other hand,in the context of the sustained slowdown in China's sustained economic growth,the continuous transformation of the mode of economic growth and the continuous adjustment of the industrial structure,coupled with the negative impact of the continued global downturn,have contributed to society.The actual employment demand has been greatly reduced.Faced with the increasingly severe employment situation and employment conflicts,the previous employment management of colleges and universities has been unable to adapt to the adverse effects of the above changes,and can not meet the higher-level needs of college graduates and society,the pressure on the employment management of colleges and universities.And more and more challenges.From a macro perspective,the employment situation of college graduates is not only related to the public's recognition and participation enthusiasm for higher education,but also for the stability of the whole society and the sustainable development of national education.Faced with this situation,it is urgent for college education administrators to change their minds and explore the employment guidance management model that meets the needs of the development of contemporary higher education.In view of the above situation,the author combined with his own work practice,taking the well-known A college as an example,made this research from the perspective of improving the management of the employment guidance department of colleges and universities.This paper adopts literature analysis method,comparative analysis method and investigation research method for the construction of employment management system in colleges and universities.After in-depth study of monographs and papers on related issues at home and abroad,the author discusses the theory of employment guidance and related management at home and abroad,and summarizes the shortcomings of employment guidance and management in China.Subsequently,the author analyzes the status quo of employment management of College A college students based on the theory of "performance management","personal match","labor market segmentation" and "career planning"in social public management and other management disciplines.The main problems in employment management,and drawing on the advanced experience of employment guidance institutions at home and abroad,mainly from the aspects of perfect management system,institution construction and rich employment guidance means,aiming to enable A College to establish a scientific,The system of employment management service system,that is,the implementation organization of " mutual cooperation,accurate positioning,and close connection",the management organization of " independent setting,dual-level management,expert guidance,and teacher optimization”,"clear responsibility system,complete working system,personnel The system norms of system guarantee and evaluation system are perfect,and it is hoped that it can play a pilot role for the reform of employment guidance system for college graduates in China.While providing comprehensive employment guidance for college students,it will also send qualified employment talents to enterprises.,thus building a network of colleges and social talents.
