According to "national medium and long-term education reform and development program (2010-2020)", released in July2010, developing vocational education is not only an important way to accelerate economic development and employment, improve people’s livelihood, and solve "Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer" issues, but also a vital part to relieve structure contradictions between labor supply and demand. Higher vocational colleges start to aim to improve teaching quality, follow the service and employment-oriented guidelines, push through teaching reform of vocational colleges and carry out the cultivating mode of integrating with productive labor, cooperating with enterprises and undergo job-specific internship.It is expected that the number of graduates who are going to look for jobs will reach650-700thousand in2013. Along with the continuous influence of European and American debt, slumping world economy, shortage of social work, university graduates employment situation is still relatively serious. In recent years, two thousand graduate from C College. The difficulty of recommending graduates has been raised due to the social employment situation.In this paper, through literature research, data collection, experience conclusion and expert consulting, using customer delivered value theory study of the status of C institute career guidance, analyzes the key issues for C institute career guidance, theoretical course teaching model and Enhance career development guidance; to build a multi-dimensional comprehensive and high-quality career guidance work team, establish an effective career guidance work department, KPI performance appraisal system; work out a set of scientific, reasonable and objective employment information and employment rate collection system; to optimize C institute’s career guidance system, extends career guidance information to the employer; and actively expand the promotional channels.
