Study On The Philanthropic Culture And Education Of College Students In Shanxi

The spirit of the nineteen major conference of the Communist Party of China pointed out: to improve the living standard of the people,to strengthen the security of the people's livelihood,to innovate the social management system,to improve the social welfare assistance and the system of personnel placement,which has pointed out the direction for the development of our country's philanthropy.Professionalization and standardization are the deserved meaning of the charitable industry.However,as a whole,the professionalization and cooperation of the people in the philanthropy industry need to be further promoted.The charitable organizations at all levels need to further strengthen the strength of talent construction and build a good team with professional quality.The university is an important place to spread the spirit of charity and cultivate the consciousness of charity.At the same time,it also bears the important task of training college students' consciousness of charity and enhancing the sense of social responsibility of college students.As an important part of the social and cultural system,charitable culture is the lubricant for the benign operation of the society.It is a shock absorber for weakening and softening social contradictions.It is a stabilizer for promoting social harmony and an important grasp of moral education for college students.The study of College Students' charitable culture education has important practical significance for the new era.The development of philanthropy calls for charity culture education,and charity culture education has gradually become a content of social moral education.Charitable culture education has perfected ideological and political education,promoted the promotion of national quality,promoted the formation of national philanthropy and further enriched and perfected our country's philanthropy theory.In practice,charitable culture education can arouse the public's consciousness of charity and moral conscience,and form a kind of "humanistic care" social atmosphere,which can not only reduce conflicts and regulate the contradictions among different social subjects,but also objectively promote the harmonious development of Chinese philanthropy,especially the folk charity.It has far-reaching significance for building a harmonious socialist society.On the basis of previous research,the paper reviews the literature at home and abroad,and uses the methods of literature and comparative analysis to discuss the significance of charitable culture education,and also analyzes the present situation of charitable culture education in China.This paper summarizes the problems that need to be solved in the current charity culture education in Shanxi:for example,the concept of charity has not yet been established,and the lack of charity culture and education system.In order to make the analysis more objective and realistic,the author also conducted a questionnaire survey and on-site thematic interviews.In the end,we put forward the methods and measures of charitable culture education from two aspects of inner school education and out of school education,establish the relationship between home and school,build a multiple charitable training system,and promote the organic unity of charitable cultural education and social charity in Universities in Shanxi.
