Today,in the age of knowledge economy.There is more expectation from all sectors of society for education's work,and the pressure of college teachers is increasing.In addition to paying attention to teachers' performance,we should also pay attention to teachers' working status.As a knowledge-type talent,the pressure of multiple roles,scientific research and teaching stress can be destructive to teachers' living conditions,which puts teachers in a sub-healthy working state.The appearance of job burnout can reduce the teacher's sense of happiness and physical and mental exhaustion.This will not only affect teachers' physical and mental health,but also infect colleagues and students,which will have a negative impact on people's work and study.Therefore,it is urgent to pay more attention to teacher burnout.As a modern form of management,psychological contract provides theoretical guidance for the maximum motivation of teachers.The psychological contract of university teachers is the subjective judgment of their own environment.When there is a gap between reality and ideal,and the gap is not solved,it is possible to break the psychological contract.By establishing a good psychological contract,it can effectively reduce teachers' job burnout.Through the analysis of teachers' job burnout from psychological contract,not only enrich the existing theoretical research,but also help school administrators to pay attention to teachers' inner expectations.At the same time,it can also help teachers to carry out proper career planning,realize scientific management,guarantee the vitality of universities,and promote the benign development of education in China.This study adopts the questionnaire of psychological contract of university teachers compiled by Han Ming and He Xianyou in 2010 and the questionnaire on college teachers' job burnout based on the characteristics of mbi-es which is made by Wu xian in 2009.The two questionnaires were combined to form the questionnaire on job burnout of teachers in shanxi university.Through the random questionnaire of the questionnaire,the psychological contract performance and the fatigue strength of theteachers in this province were obtained through data analysis.It also has a deep understanding of the correlation between variables and the prediction effect of each dimension of psychological contract on the dimensions of job burnout.The main conclusions of the study are:(1)The psychological contract of 90.5% of teachers in shanxi university is above average.(2)In shanxi,67 percent of college teachers' job burnout is above average.(3)College teachers' psychological contract school responsibility and teacher responsibility have a significant negative predictive effect on each dimension of job burnout.The dimensions of psychological contract school responsibility can predict emotional exhaustion,dehumanization and low sense of accomplishment.The dimensions of teacher responsibility can predict a low sense of accomplishment.The main innovations of this study are: First,the innovation of research object.Teachers in shanxi universities are selected to promote the localization research process.Second,the innovation of research content.The proposed section is refined to each dimension,more specific and operable.
