The study of the psychological contracts theory involved the concept, contents, framework and the effects of contract violation can be traced back to 196O's,which had been used to guide amelioration of management of enterprises. Since few years ago some Chinese psychologists have been introducing this theory to China. In the same time, some mainland study has been put into practice, but only a few productions have been obtained so far. It is the background in which this study has been carried into execution.In this study, researcher constructed a questionnaire of psychological contracts. Data was collected from middle school teachers for the first time. Then, researcher analyzed the content, structure, classification and the relationship between psychological contracts violation and job burnout, in order to provide theory guidance for the reform of middle school teachers management system.This study includes four test: at the first time, 154 teachers were tested and data was used to analyze and modify the items of questionnaire; at the second time, 215 teachers were tested in order to make explorative factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis; at the third time, data collected from 436 teachers were used to make confirmatory factor analysis and clustering analysis; at the fourth time, data come from 288 teachers were used to probe into the relationship of psychological contracts , demission will and job burnout.Some conclusion were drawn:(1) The results of EFA and CFA shown that employee obligation and organization obligation of the psychological contracts of middle school teachers can be separated into two dimensions: realistic obligation (RO) and developmental obligation (DO). RO of employee contracts involve 5 items: going to class on time, complying with vocational morality, cooperating with colleagues, ensuring the work efficiency, improving professional ability.
