Teachers' job burnout is a kind of exhaustion state of emotion,attitude and behavior,which is accompanied by teachers' long-term stress experience.It is an extreme reaction when teachers can't deal with work stress smoothly.Many of the teachers' needs are hard to be written in formal language treaties,but they exist in the "psychological contract" between teachers and schools.Teachers' needs are closely related to teachers' burnout,which may be caused by unsatisfied or unsatisfied needs.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the deep causes of job burnout from the perspective of psychological contract.This study investigates the psychological contract and job burnout of primary school teachers,and analyzes the influence of psychological contract on Job Burnout of primary school teachers and the characteristics of different groups of teachers.In this study,primary school teachers are selected as the research object.First of all,through literature analysis,the connotation of teachers' psychological contract and job burnout is clarified.Secondly,according to the characteristics of primary school teachers' work,the initial questionnaire was compiled.Through the first pre survey,the collected data were analyzed and some of the questions were deleted to get the revised questionnaire.Then,the revised questionnaire was used to carry out the second survey,and the formal questionnaire was formed after deleting some of the questions through factor analysis of the collected data.The reliability test shows that the alpha value of the psychological contract scale of primary school teachers is 0.958,and the alpha value of the burnout scale of primary school teachers is 0.796.The reliability is ideal and can be used for formal measurement.At the same time,it is determined that teachers' Psychological Contract consists of two elements: external responsibility and internal responsibility.Teachers' burnout consists of three elements:emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low sense of achievement.In the pre research stage,the interview outline is also drawn up.Finally,291 primary schoolteachers were investigated,and 291 valid questionnaires were collected.14 primary school teachers,including 3 teachers from administrative departments,were interviewed to understand their psychological contract and job burnout.The survey shows that the psychological contract of primary school teachers is in good condition.Among them,the mean value of internal responsibility is relatively high,and the mean value of external responsibility is relatively low.There are very significant differences in the five variables of teachers' psychological contract,such as working years,teaching subjects,whether to be a class teacher,education background,teaching area;there are significant differences in the two variables of gender,whether the major studied in the university is normal.There is no significant difference in the variable of marital status.The level of burnout of primary school teachers is generally general,in which the mean of emotional exhaustion is relatively high and the mean of depersonalization is relatively low.There are extremely significant differences in the seven variables of teachers' job burnout,such as gender,working years,teaching subjects,whether to be a class teacher,whether the major studied in university is normal,education background and teaching area;there is no significant difference in the variable of marriage status.The dimensions of the psychological contract of primary school teachers are negatively related to the job burnout of primary school teachers,among which the external responsibility is extremely significantly related to the job burnout(P =-.678 * *),the internal responsibility is extremely significantly related to the job burnout(P =-.668 * *),and meets the basic conditions of linear regression.The analysis shows that external responsibility and internal responsibility have an impact on primary school teachers' job burnout.This shows that to reduce the degree of teachers' job burnout,we need to make suggestions from the aspects of salary,professional development and training,interpersonal relationship and so on.
