With the continuous improvement of the market economy system and the continuous reform of the education system,the primary school education has gradually aroused heated debate in the whole society.In schools,parents,students and other groups of primary school teachers' attention,increasing the pressure,the pressure will have great influence on the teachers' psychology,physiology and behavior,which directly affect the education and development of students.In view of the problems of teachers and students,many schools begin to attach importance to the cultural construction of primary school campus,and different school culture types school culture school cultureaffect teachers' psychological contract and job burnout to varying degrees.In this context,this thesis aims to analyze the influence of campus culture on primary school teachers' psychological contract and occupation school culture burnout,explore the different types of primary school campus culture,characteristics and effect of these types of factors influence teachers' psychological contract and occupation burnout,and eliminate the influence of the methods,and analyze the effects of different types of primary school campus culture on Teachers' psychological contract and occupation burnout,the construction of campus culture in primary school can according to their own characteristics,focused,targeted.he main conclusions of the paper are:(1)the scores of primary school teachers' campus culture and psychological contract are relatively high,and the symptoms of job burnout are not very prominent.(2)the degree of campus cultural identity of primary school teachers in key schools is significantly higher than that of ordinary schools;their level of job burnout is also significantly higher than that of ordinary schools.(3)the primary school teachers who worked for 6-15 years had higher identity than the teachers who worked for more than 16 years.The job burnout of those who worked for 6-15 years was significantly higher than that of teachers whose working life was less than 5 years.(4)the total effect of campus culture on job burnout is 0.27,and the direct effect of campus culture on job burnout is-0.17,and the indirect effect is 0.083.Teachers' psychological contract plays a mediating effect in campus culture and job burnout,and the proportion of mediator effect is 31%.
