The problem of teachers' psychological pressure has become a social issue that is widely concerned by the whole society.In the process of social transformation and the advancement of higher education reform in China,college teachers face tremendous psychological pressure.The psychological pressure they experience,both in frequency and intensity,is stronger than ever before.The problem of psychological stress is directly affecting the physical and mental health of the teachers of the Nanjing Institute of Physical Education and their quality of life and work,and it affects the healthy growth of the students and the development of the entire education.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the current situation and causes of the psychological pressure of teachers in Nanjing Institute of Physical Education and to propose effective strategies accordingly.This study aims to provide teachers and teachers in Nanjing University of Physical Education with measures and methods to effectively relieve psychological pressure and to provide basis and assistance for promoting the physical and mental health of university teachers.This research mainly uses experimental methods and questionnaires and other research methods,adopts a random sampling method to investigate and study 94 teachers in Nanjing Sports University,and visit some of them to talk to them.Throughinvestigations and interviews with teachers of Nanjing Institute of Physical Education,the main conclusions are as follows:1.On the whole,the psychological pressure of teachers in Nanjing Institute of Physical Education is relatively high,6.4%of teachers are in stress-free status,71.0% of teachers are in mild psychological stress,this proportion is more than half;and it has severe psychological pressure.The teachers account for 22.6%.The total number of teachers with varying degrees of psychological pressure reached 93.6%.2.There are many factors that cause teachers' psychological pressure in Nanjing Institute of Physical Education.There are five factors involved in this study's questionnaire: job security factors,work load factors,work fun factors,teaching security factors,and interpersonal relationships.They include a total of In the 24 pressure source incidents,the pressure sources that have a high impact on the pressure from high to low are listed in descending order: high work requirements;sense of knowledge crisis;competition at work positions;low education level,low education level,no fun at work,long working hours;Fewer training opportunities;fear of illness;work stereotyped;do not like the work of the current school and had to do it again.3.There are significant differences in the psychological pressure of teachers with different titles.Among teachers withsevere pressure,lecturers accounted for the largest proportion,followed by assistants.Teachers with mild pressure have the largest proportion of teaching assistants,followed by professors.Among teachers without stress,professors accounted for the largest proportion,followed by associate professors,and assistant professors and lecturers.4.Comparing the performance of different teachers in each dimension of psychological stress: It is found that female teachers are significantly more stressed than male teachers in terms of workload;teachers aged 30-39 are under the greatest stress,and40-49-year-old teachers are under pressure Second,50-59-year-old teachers are the least stressed;subject teachers' psychological pressure is significantly higher than that of technical teachers.5.There are certain differences in the degree of influence of different stressors on teachers' psychological pressure.High work requirements,sense of knowledge crisis,job competition and academic qualifications have a greater impact on teachers' psychological pressure.This topic has carried out specific research on this issue.Based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this topic focuses on the investigation and research results and makes a systematic and in-depth analysis of the psychological pressure of teachers at Nanjing Sports University.It explores theunderlying causes of the psychological pressure on teachers at Nanjing Sports Institute.An effective strategy to solve this problem was proposed.
