Objective:In order to improve the physical and mental health of special students in colleges and universities,improve the teaching status of physical health care courses in colleges and universities,understand the present situation of physical and mental health of special students in Northeast Normal University,select the indexes suitable for exercise intervention for special students and carry out exercise intervention for a period of time,analyze the data changes before and after the intervention,The indexes with significant differences were summed up,and the influence degree of fitness qigong with different degree of difficulty on the physical and mental health index of special groups in colleges and universities was put forward.Methods:This study used the method of literature to sort out the previous literature,and found that the research on physical health care courses in colleges and universities is not in-depth,mainly focused on the implementation of physical education curriculum,the reform of sports teaching content,the current situation of physical education,and so on,whether the course content of physical health care course can be effectively implemented,There were few researches on improving the physical and mental health level of special students,and the intervention effect of fitness qigong on special students was verified by experimental method and mathematical statistics method.The teaching experiment of fitness Qigong was carried out by the students of sports Health class in Northeast Normal University headquarters and the two campuses of the net month as the experimental object.Results:1.Through a four-month experiment,it was found that fitness qigong was very obvious for improving the physical fitness of special students in colleges and universities,and there were significant differences between the two classes before and after the experiment,such as grip,single foot closed eye standing,sensory perception jumping,6 minutes walking and so on.By comparing the images before and after the experiment of FMS motion function screening test,it is found that the physical posture improvement of special students in colleges and universities is obvious.2.Through a four-month experiment,it is found that fitness qigong is very obvious to improve the mental health level of special students in colleges and universities,the happiness index is obviously elevated,and the subjective annoyance and fatigue feeling are obviously reduced.Conclusion:1.Aiming at the physical and mental health characteristics of special students in colleges and universities,it is suitable to introduce fitness qigong as the content of students ' practice in physical education class,which can improve the physical and mental health level of special students in colleges and universities to a certain exten.2.By using the basic action of FMS motion function screening,the body posture of special students in colleges and universities is evaluated so that they can understand the lack of their body's movement in practice,understand the progress in sports,and let this group get more harvest in the limited classroom.
