Reserach On The Effect Of Life Review On The Self-Efficacy Of The Elderly

By the end of 2017,the elderly population in China has reached 240 million,accounting for 17.3% of the total population.Aging is a serious social reality in China today.How to improve the level of mental health and quality of life of the elderly,and make the elderly people in their late years in a happy situation,become an important subject in front of us.The purpose of this study is to intervene in the psychological problems of the elderly through a review of life.The purpose of this study is to use this psychotherapy to improve the sense of self efficacy and life satisfaction of the elderly.First of all,through the observation method and interview method,and then the relevant questionnaire and the scale,to select more than sixty elderly people in the old-age institution,and finally selected an elderly person in the organization as the research object,and then interviewed the case owner deeply to understand the psychological problems and spiritual needs,and analyzed it.The cause of the problem is to guide the owners to review their life,to enhance the positive experience of the owners,to enhance the confidence of the owners,to restructure the negative experiences of the owners and to alleviate the negative feelings of the owners,in order to improve the sense of self-efficacy and life satisfaction of the owners,and to improve the well-being of the owners of the case.And the sense of ownership of the organization.The study found that the owner not only improved the sense of self efficacy and life satisfaction after a review of life,but also some other negative emotions were also relieved.In view of the shortcomings and difficulties encountered in the study,I think:(1)in the process of intervention,we should not only reflect the professionalism of the social work service,but also be good at using its own innovative thinking so as to better realize the service goal.(2)to use the externalization problem flexibly in the application of the skills of retrospect and intervention in life.Rewrite the two methods of dialogue,at the same time,fully respect the right to know and self-determination of the case owner,be good at using the resources on the case owner,guide the case owners to solve their own problems;(3)in consolidating the effect of the intervention,we should help the owners to establish social support,improve their ability to deal with problems in the future,and reduce their loneliness,and at the same time reduce their loneliness,and at the same time It is necessary to establish the institutional social service station and the professional training of the nursing staff in the organization,to ensure the continuity of the effect of the life review intervention,to improve the sense of belonging and identification of the owners to the institutions,so that the owners can better integrate into the institutional life.
