School-based research is based on the self-development of teachers,with the existing school teaching resources as the basis,with the school education and teaching research issues as the object,in order to improve the professional quality of teachers and education and scientific research ability as the goal of teacher education organization form.Carrying out school-based research based on our school has a positive effect on improving teachers' professional level,promoting students' all-round development,establishing scientific research universities and forming excellent campus culture.For a long time,the theoretical and practical teaching mode of pre-service teacher education in our country has led to the new teachers' teaching practice ability is weak,teaching skills need to be improved urgently.School-based research has opened up a convenient and efficient way for teachers' professional development with its unique teacher professional development model and research system.K city is located in the southern Xinjiang minority areas,the education foundation is weak,the overall level of development and the eastern developed areas there is still a gap,a school is located in remote,because teachers and educators research strength is not strong,experts lead is not strong,there are still some problems in school-based research practice.School building time is short,the overall development is not optimistic,to carry out school-based research is particularly important,but in the process of specific implementation there are still weak basic education conditions,teachers' strength is seriously insufficient,teachers' quality is not high enough,the education situation is not optimistic.The purpose of this study is to study the problems existing in school-based research of a school,and then put forward some suggestions,hoping that the school will realize the importance of school-based research to improve the professional development of teachers,and take relevant measures to improve the status quo of school-based research.To further promote the development of teachers' professional skills,improve the quality of school teaching.This paper takes literature analysis as the starting point,along the status quo-problem-reason-countermeasure analysis.Through the case study method,a school teachers in k city were surveyed and interviewed,and the demand for school-based research and the specific content,form,frequency and effect of school-based research were investigated.At the same time,collect the relevant information of school-based research and development,as a participant in school-based research and development activities,on-site observation of school-based research and development activities,and to participate in the observation and in-depth interviews as a supplement,to investigate the current situation of school-based research and development,to explore the existing problems,in view of the problems,analysis of the reasons,rationalization proposals are given.The paper includes introduction and three chapters.The introduction starts from the cause of the topic selection,analyzes the purpose,significance,methods and so on,thus establishes the research framework.The first chapter introduces the theoretical overview of school-based research and provides theoretical support for research.The second chapter introduces the research situation of school-based research of a school,investigates the situation of school-based research and development status of school-based research,analyzes the problems and causes of school-based research of a school,and probes into the content,form,evaluation and effect from four aspects.Including misplacement of content,insufficient enrichment of the situation and insufficient specificity of evaluation.The main reason is that the school-based research and development system is not perfect,school leaders and teachers do not pay enough attention to school-based research and development,the content of school-based research and development does not match the needs of teachers,research methods are not rich enough,evaluation is too administrative,evaluation methods are single,etc.The third chapter is a comprehensive consideration of the problems and causes of school-based research activities of teachers,put forward targeted strategies and suggestions: schools to strengthen the system construction,enrich the content of research,flexible research methods,improve the evaluation system,in order to improve the level of teachers' teaching skills and professional development quality.
