Higher education in China has achieved a big leap from elite to popular period,and would gradually stepped into popularization since China's reform and opening,especially in the 21 st century,and same to the postgraduate education.From the pedagogy perspective,the enrollment scale has tripled from 2004 to 2015.While the expanding scale of higher education,connotative development of higher education has been consensus agreement in all aspects of higher education,including government and researchers.As recipients and beneficiaries of higher education services,postgraduate can tell the facts about the major.Which is helpful to find out the existing problems in the current graduate cultivation system and then promote the research and training system.Regarding to difference between majors,a scientific survey of postgraduates in pedagogy would be feasible and helpful.Basing on higher education service quality theory,customer satisfaction theory,and social needs theory,we constructed a theoretical analysis framework,and compiled Questionnaire for the Satisfaction of the Postgraduate of Pedagogy.After a comprehensive survey on 450 questionnaires and interviews from 4 universities in Chongqing,findings were as follows.Firstly the overall satisfaction of postgraduates in pedagogy was generally low,which was mainly reflected in the following five aspects: the degree of satisfaction with curriculum teaching needs to be strengthened,the overall satisfaction of scientific research was low,the satisfaction of instructors was partly unsatisfactory,and management and service satisfaction needs to be improved and job satisfaction is basically not satisfactory.Secondly,the factors influenced satisfaction were as follows: In curriculum teaching,the curriculum system is not reasonable,and the content of curriculum teaching is lagging.In scientific research,the scientific research management system is short and the research investment is relatively insufficient;in the guidance of the tutor,the tutor Instructing students to be weak,teachers and students lack of communication;in management and service,the management department has ambiguous authority and lack of high-level management personnel;on the employment prospects,the employment expectation of students is too high,and school employment guidance is insufficient.Thirdly,the following points are proposed for improvement: First,in course teaching,the curriculum should be optimized,and the content of the course should be adjusted;secondly,scientific research should be carried out to innovate the scientific research management system and increase scientific research input;The main body position of students is to strengthen the teacher-student community;the fourth is to increase the awareness of management and service in management and service,and to improve the quality of management personnel;Fifth is to improve the overall quality of students and improve the employment guidance system in the employment prospect.
