With the reform and opening up, our country has made remarkable achievements in economy and social development. However, there are a lot of problems in the education. The question asked by Qian Xuesen had alarmed the country and elicited our thinking about education. We realize that education urgently needs to be reformed. In recent years, China has promulgated many programs and policies related to education, and the new curriculum reform is one of it. Teachers are the key to education reform, that is to say, teachers will directly affect the quality and the effectiveness of the new curriculum. Then how to train professional teachers is becoming an important part of the education reform.The Master of Education training aims to attain it. Started relatively late, it began to set up a full-time Master of Education Degree until2009. Therefore, there is relatively less of the existing literature and research about the Master of Education training.With the rapid development of the information technology, IT has begun to become a compulsory course in primary and secondary schools. As a new emerging course, IT is different from other courses, because it focuses on students’operational abilities. So the course is more able to develop the students’ creative potential. This requires IT teachers to have some professional quality and special teaching methods. The training of these teachers should be traced to the training of the Master of Education in Modern Education Technology in the colleges and universities.Therefore, in order to train the Master of Education in Modern Education Technology better, make them know the new educational philosophy and thinking, and be able to adapt to the current status of education reform, this paper understands current situation of Chinese Universities M.Ed. training and primary and secondary schools, studies the training of full-time Master of Education in Modern Education Technology, and proposes several training strategies about training goals and status, course structure, teaching practice, research papers writing and employment. The principal research method is through literature studying and survey. I hope it can play a valuable role on the training of the full-time Master of Education.
