Professional degree of Master of Education is founded from1996. Since the founder of the Degree of Master of Education in China, after a long-term effort for development, Master of Education degree has made remarkable achievements both in the scale of development and in the training quality, and has not only trained a large number of high-level teaching and management personnel for the basic career training education, but also promote the development of basic education in China to some extent. However, with the situation that many colleges and universities across the country have set up professional degree training schools, the enrollment scale for Master of Education Degree is expanding and for without the attention for the quality of admission students, a lot of negative factors generated led to a apparent decline in the quality of the Students of Master of Education Degree. From the perspective of satisfaction, this dissertation starts from survey data of Graduate School of Education of Shenyang Normal University, using the methods of literature, comparative, the questionnaire survey and interviews to collect and analyze data. Satisfaction survey of the quality of teaching is meaningful to identifying and resolving the problems of the Master of Education Degree in professional settings and professional quality of education. The quality of teaching satisfaction surveys, on the one hand, can contribute to improving the quality of education graduate teaching; on the other hand, it can help to improve the professional setting of the Master of Education so as to promote the long-term development of the Master of Education Degree. The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the proposed background of the paper, the established topics, research purposes, research content, literature review, research significance, research ideas and research methods.The second part is the relevant theoretical analysis of the quality of teaching of the Master of Education, which defines the related concepts and their connotations first, then simply combs the characteristics of the education graduate.The third part is the status quo of satisfaction on the quality of teaching of Master of Education survey, which uses questionnaire method to conclude satisfaction survey of Graduate School of Shenyang Normal University Master of Education students teaching quality and analyzes related data.The fourth part is the attribution analysis for Master of Education teaching quality problems.The fifth part if the countermeasures to solve problems based on the quality of teaching of the Master of Education. |
