For full-time professional master degree education satisfaction survey study, using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the research method to evaluate student satisfaction of full-time professional master degree education service and feedback full-time postgraduate professional education service quality perception.Aims to improve the quality of our full-time professional master degree education and improve students’ satisfaction.Research on the stakeholder theory and the the customer satisfaction theory of service marketing and enterprise management, at the same time, using the improved Swedish customer satisfaction index model SCSB to study full-time professional master degree education student satisfaction empirically.This article first expounds the the basic idea of the stakeholder theory and customer satisfaction theory, at the same time, the application of these two theories in terms of student satisfaction is analyzed.Then, based on the predecessors’ structure and the Swedish customer satisfaction index model, build a full-time professional master degree education student satisfaction index model.The index model select the students student perception, student satisfaction, students loyalty, students complain for the primary index.On the basis of index model, in order to ensure the science and conscientiousness of assessment system, to determine the observation variable namely tertiary index into specific questions in the questionnaire, the questionnaire of this study are drawn.Four representative of all colleges and universities are selected in this investigation, the investigation object is reading the full-time professional degree graduate student.This paper deals with the collected samples analysis, the analysis of the survey indicators, satisfaction with the status quo analysis, the main conclusions are drawn, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.Student satisfaction for full-time professional master degree education not only provides feedback channels, and provide targeted improvements to colleges and universities, also contribute to know better full-time professional master degree education which is emerging form of education, to promote the sustainable development of full-time professional master degree education which has important theoretical and practical significance.
