Judging from the experiences of educational reforms in different countries,it is difficult to achieve success without reforms that have entered this level of the curriculum.As the teacher of the new curriculum reform,the level of curriculum ability has become the key factor in determining the reform.Only by upgrading teachers' curriculum abilities can a new round of curriculum reform be achieved.As a primary school teacher who is responsible for basic education,she should actively respond to the call of the times,take the initiative to provoke this important task of primary education,and better promote her own curriculum ability,and make her greatest contribution to the development of the talents needed by the society.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the status of primary school teachers' ability in S District of Chongqing City,analyzed the existing problems and causes,and finally put forward a strategy to improve the curriculum ability of primary school teachers,to promote the ability of the S district elementary school teachers' curriculum to provide certain reference and basis.This study is divided into the following five chapters:The first chapter,introduction.This chapter first introduced the research questions and the significance of the research.Then the related literature was reviewed.Then the related core concepts were defined.Finally,the research objectives and research contents were introduced and the paper adopted the paper.Research ideas and research methods.The second chapter,the theoretical analysis.To explore the connotation,elements and significance of primary school teacher's curriculum ability,and to provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of primary school teachers' curriculum ability questionnaire.The third chapter,investigation and research.This study will use aself-administered questionnaire and use SPSS 17.0 to statistically analyze the data obtained.The fourth chapter,the analysis of problems and causes.Based on the results of the third part of the survey,combined with the existing research results and the actual situation in the S district of Chongqing,the problems and causes of the curriculum ability of primary school teachers in S district were discussed and analyzed.The fifth chapter,countermeasures and suggestion.This section addresses the problems existing in the curriculum ability of primary school teachers in S District of Chongqing and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.
