With many problem to be solved,on the basis of investigation suggested new ideas and methods for theeducational department to further improve the after-hour training andqualities of the primary school PE teachers. Meanwhile, this article hasprovided reference and guidance for Shanghai primary school physicaleducation teachers to better deal with their work and the relationshipof job training, improve their quality and level, and keep pace with theknowledge of economic and social development to provide areference and guidance.enhancing primary PE teachers training isimperative.by means of the method of documentation, questionnaire survey,interviews and mathematical statistics method in this article are taken inJinshan district and Qingpu district,, including200primary school PEteachers and relevant management staff. we had deep analysis of thepost-jb training situation of primary PE teachers is the two districts,including teachers attitude, participation situation, participationpurpose, training mode, training team, training material, assessmentand evaluation methods, and influencing factors etc. The goal is toidentify the existing problems that primary school PE teachers have after hours and to promote the healthy development of Shanghaiprimary school PE teachers training,and come to conclusion: the age,job title, qualifications structure of Jinshan District and Qingpu District’sprimary PE teachers, is more reasonable, but the workload and workpressure is too large, the sex ratio is imbalance; the primary PE teachers’training of Jinshan District and Qingpu District, have a more accurateunderstanding of occupational, highlights for their own quality and theability to enhance the motivation to participate, but the related policiesand systems yet to be improved; the primary PE teacher of JinshanDistrict and Qingpu District is to participate in vocational training for jobtraining, the organizational model for school-based trainingform ofteaching is "the expert seminar report type, evaluation methods as"summative ", but more inclined to one organizational model of theInstitute," visit "forms of teaching and theory examinations and teachingpractice combiningassessment; engineering contradictions, the trainingeffect is the main factors restricting the current of Jinshan District andQingpu District’s primary school PE teachers to participate in vocationaltraining.
