As the development of social economy and the deepening of education reform,primary school teachers faced the higher requirements come from all sectors,enhancing teaching ability has become the first question for each primary school teacher to considerate.Many of research just study one aspect of teaching ability or it’s development by the method of literature at present,while few of research to study the entirety of teaching ability’s develop and operation,and to do a meticulous work that subdivide teaching ability from different point of view,through the qualitative method such as interview and observe.However,with the development of society and education,previous research can’t solve the new problems and promote teacher make progress.In order to resolve that matters,this thesis deemed primary school teachers in school D county C to be the object of study,surveying the status quo of teaching ability in this school,analyzing the reason about the situation and terms of settlement in future.Based on above problems,introducing the background and related research in the beginning of article,after grasping and understanding the basic conception,writer try to design the thinking and framework of study.According to sequence of analyzing the things,this study first excavating troubles from actuality,then seeking reasons,in the last,putting forward correspond tactics.To be specific,in the current part,according to the process of teaching,teaching ability be divided into five parts,there are teaching cognitive ability,teaching design ability,teaching implement ability.teaching evaluate ability and teaching innovation ability,With that present above ability’s current situation as well as it’s insufficient;in the reason analyze part,dissecting that reasons of status quo respectively,seeking out positive and negative factors,research finding student’s standpoint,teacher’s rethink,teacher and student’s notion and family-school communication was the key of development of teaching ability;In order to improve and change the deficiency of teaching ability,teacher should observe student’s requirement,focus research and introspection,erect new idea of teacher and students,set up bridge of home and school.From this diagnoses,drawing a result that teaching ability is a complex project,teachers should learn foster strengths and avoid weakness,to prepare enhance themselves consciousness,so as to gain self-development in teaching ability.
